“I regularly use the gym, which is a big open space with plenty of equipment for everyone, even at its busiest times. Staff are helpful and friendly. Changing rooms, especially showers, could be upgraded. Otherwise, I would say it is excellent value.”

“Booked a family swim session here. It's a fairly big pool with changing rooms and lockers. You don't need any money for them (like back in the day)they are digital lockers.Showers at the side of the pool are warm. Enjoyed swimming with my family here.Would recommend to anyone if in the area. Parking not good on the street but there's side roads and a co op car park nearby.”

“We did enjoy our visit here but thought there would be more slides. There was two one blue one that you slide down on a donut which was fun, and one white one that you lie back for as it is fast. There is 4 pools, one outside that wasn't in use due to matience, one little one with a little bridge and water jets for little people (Children), one wave one, one for lessons that wasn't very deep, there was one that goes in a circle called the lazy river that just takes you around, a jet jacuzzi, a steam room, sauna, a cafe, viewing area, gym. It did have lockers that require a token or £1 coin to use (some of which didn't work) it does have individual or family changing cubicles (a lot of doors don't close or lock), for those with long hair there are hair dryers (some don't work). It's not the cleanest of places, it does need a lot of matience and up grades, it could be a great place but at the moment it was OK. There is free parking but only for 3 hours. When I called the reception to find out information no one answered (not good customer service). The price I paid was £12.50 for 1 adult & 1 child, and £24.00 for 1 adult and 4 kids. It can vary, during summer it closes at 6pm but you don't know that as website says different, when you phone - no answer so you only know when you get there. It was OK for a fun pool, not for swimming, if you want a change then try it, I personally was not impressed!”

“Good parking. Used the health suite. Only complaint is changing room very small and no cubicles. Staff nice and friendly rest facilities there are great 😃 when visiting lockers require 50p returnable deposit. Also really liked that you could just pay for health suite as I am not able to really make use of the pool due to disability at present. On disability front they have loads of disabled parking bays.”

“I attended a toy fair by Northern toys, the facilties are designed as a sports centre rather than for a toy fair. The main hall was used for this purpose. We used the cafe and the food was good although seating limited due to the toy fair.”

“It's not a water place!!!! It's a shame dirty and disgusting place in Scotland!!! Not want a any star for this place!! Big pool but in use only 5x5 metres for all people's. Toilets are very disgusting and very messy!! 🤢 Staff is Incompetent and not helpful!! Just waste our time and money there!! Never again!! Not recommended this place to anyone!!!! 🤬🤬”

“Management is horrible and nasty in there (Neil)! Facilities are constantly closed, the pool and hot tub are filthy, lots of equipment is often broken. The club is unreachable by phone to check if anything has finally opened, and when you get there it turns out you came for nothing and can't use what you wanted to use. All they care about is getting new memberships! Jacuzzi has now been off for about 8 weeks. I also live about 30 mins away from the village and i came into the gym last week and i was told it was shut the gym and pool as they had short staff. There is ALWAYS something wrong in there. Don't recommend this place! Also the changing room is filthy, it’s disgusting Neil refuses to clean the changing room.”
