“The park is very good. Although it is not very big, like state parks, it offers many things to people who go there. For example, there is a pond, where ducks and geese often come to visit. Sometimes, there are goslings by the side of the pond, and ducklings swimming after the adult ducks. There is a nice sidewalk path which goes throughout the park, and it goes around the pond, and around a hill. There is a swimming pool there, although we have never been there. There is the option to go fishing, although it is catch and release unless you are 12 or under. If you are 12 or under, you get to take 3 fish home per day. There is even a ledge onto the pond to provide easier access to deeper waters for fishing. In the winter-time, the steep hill provides a great sledding hill for older kids. The hill has some plants sticking out of the snow, and it may be slippery for young kids to climb up the hill. If you walk around the park in any season, the park will provide many experiences for people of all ages. Overall, it was a great park.”

“This really is a nice workout club. Very clean, good variety of machines and lots of calisthenics like basketball and stationary biking. Definitely worth more than the planet fitness. Happy here!”

“We recently stayed overnight for New Year’s Eve! The room was nice and clean. We were planning 2 days spent in the water park. My 2 boys, age 5 and 7 had an absolute blast the first night. They were actually able to go down every water slide there. My only complaint is the smell of chlorine was so strong, my eyes would burn before even walking in to the water park area. My boys enjoyed all the fun activities for New years! The buffet was terrible! I’m glad we only paid for 2 passes for the kids. The chicken was cold and hard, the pizza was some of the worst I’ve ever had. It was a waste because they didn’t even want to eat it. So after standing in line for 45 minutes to even get the food, it was pretty much trash. After a few hours I noticed my 5 year old eyes were so red and irritated from the high levels of chlorine. He was up all night with his eyes burning and respiratory issues. I was up all night monitoring him. When my other son woke up he had a rash that I believe was from the chlorine levels. We ended up leaving and not going back the next day. It was disappointing but I’m glad they got to enjoy a few hours the night before. I’m positive it was from the water. I felt it in my eyes and my nose burning from the chemical smell. They were fine before we got there and fine once we got home. Unfortunately, not sure we’ll risk going back.”

“My family and I had been going to Lake Arrowhead Campground for our family vacation every year since my siblings and I were young. We recently started returning to the campground for our family vacations, this time with spouses and children of our own. It is easily hands down still our favorite campground and has quickly become my children's favorite as well. We enjoy getting a group site where we can all sit and cook together as one big family. Keep up the great work staff! When I'm sitting around the pool watching my kids play, or going for a bike ride with them through the campground, I am easily transported back to the 90's / early 2000's being a kid again. :)”
