Great place to keep active and have a sauna and a swim in Newmarket for only 3 dollars. You can't beat it. Very happy with my visit and am planning on making it part of my routine.”

“Really nice park that has everything. A garden, volleyball courts, dog off leash park, fitness area, basketball courts, running tracks, kids area and washrooms, just a great amazing park. It needed more trees but they just planted new ones! Soo beautiful.”

“100% beautiful place and lots of fun for kids. Took my 2 year old daughter there for her adventure - family swim time at Splash Wave pool. She loved it and so did my wife and her gramma! We went twice in the past week. They have a good supply of life jackets for kids. The children's pools are nice and warm with many fun plastic things to play with. A little slide for all kids to share as well.”

“I wish I could give this place a 5 star review because it is a very well kept pool and one of the few around that's a full 50m in length. However, I only wish they had done more to improve the attached facilities like the changerooms and shower area, esp during the pandemic when there was no use of the pool. They're the same as 20-30 years ago and you hope not to touch the dirty floor with your feet. I will continue to go here but I call on the city to make some improvements, like what they did with the nearby tennis club. Those facilities are top class now and it affiliated with the city!”

“2 weeks in a row they change their schedule. Removing the only swim time that was set for "free date" family day weekend. Very inconvenient. The dirty looks from swim instructors in ladies change room is also very uncomfortable.”

“I have never had such a miserable experience at a community centre. I am a wedding decorator and was hired to work a wedding event at the centre. Some woman (she was brown, shorter and wore glasses) was working on the night of sunday, November 27, 2022 and right away she was treating us with hostility. I arrived at 5:30 and only asked if I could enter the room to decorate and right away she spoke rudely saying I couldn’t go in cuz it wasn’t rented for that time. Apparently it was through another worker who was allowing it but this rude woman wasn’t having any of it. As the wedding decorator I had no idea to any of this so I don’t understand the rudeness. We were told to come back at 10:30 pm to take down and again wr did not know that the rental was until 11. We were taking our things down and she came to us and was behaving extremely rude and unprofessional as a community centre worker. Saying we didn’t look like we were working fast enough , and that none of this was her problem. I could not believe her and did not understand what her problem was. We finished at 11:10 and left the parking lot at 11:15. There was no common curtesy from her to allow us to just be there for 10 minutes more, as we were struggling to put the stuff away in time. Such a miserable human and id like to report her as this is a community centre.”

“Clean, family friendly pool, sauna and hot tub to be enjoyed by all. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The water temperature is kept pretty comfortable, not cold like the Canada Games Complex.”

“This place may be old but it is by no means obsolete. The building boasts a swimming pool, many rooms with training equipment, two 2nd floor gyms for sports/fitness sessions, a weight room, and a 3rd floor with plenty of treadmills, isolation exercise machinery, and a running track. I frequently used this place for workouts during my undergrad and graduate days. Honestly an amazing fitness centre that's well equipped on the inside and gorgeous on the outside. I'll miss this place for sure! 5/5, highly recommend to all students and community members!”

“Awesome privately owned campground. We had a private tenting site and the size was quite large. Pool with lifeguard, friendly owners and staff, bathrooms and all facilities clean and better than most campgrounds I’ve visited. Would recommend this park over any of our provincial camping parks in SW Ontario.”
