That's how it went yesterday when i visited the Laurel Land Memorial Cemetery, located at the corner of Altamesa Blvd, and Crowley Rd in Fort Worth, Texas. I drove around and surveyed the different ways family members remembered their departed loved ones. I parked under a tree and noticed a sign next to it that read, Veterans Garden. I contemplated how the many soldiers that were buried there had served their country in different wars, in different ways. What else could i say but uttered a, "thank you for your service" remark. I made a quick hand salute and left.”

“We stayed at Chabad Midtown on New Year's Eve (Rosh Hashana) for a holiday dinner. The hospitality is excellent, but a small problem arose, when registering for the holiday dinner, we mentioned that one of us is a vegetarian, but to our surprise, despite the high price, there was no vegetarian protein portion for the vegetarian diner, nor was there a substitute for the starter dish (salmon fish was served), disappointed us that despite the high price that had to be paid, there was no adequate vegetarian response. Of course, there is nothing to say about the atmosphere which was exceptional and the Rabbi and his wife are incredibly nice people and we were happy to celebrate Rosh Hashanah with them.”

“I’ve never been so mistreated by a priest in my life I asked him to come and do a house blessing because there was a spirit in my house, and I showed him a video of the spirit. It was a black spirit. He pushed my phone away and said I do not want to see anymore of this, I gave him $100 and my ex-husband gave him $100 and he said he would be back the following week to finish up. He never called and he never came back so I called archives anyway they said they would get back to me after they talk to Father Miguel and I talked to the guy again and he said he’s gonna call you from the archives so I called Saint Catton and they told me he’s never coming back and I told him I’m gonna call the guys back they go call whoever you want. He’s not going back, that was the most insulting priest I would never go to that church in my life that’s the worst church in my lifetime I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot of churches Saint Dominic St. Patrick’s Saint Catherine’s all the ones in the northside and I used to go to this church years ago when the older father was there at that past, he was a wonderful father but this man he’s not a priest he’s just I don’t know what for he’s just lazy and he got scared. I had to do my house cleansing and guess what it’s still here and it’s the devil and I faced his face and I said in Jesus Christ name my cast you out and I threw holy water on him and he didn’t leave now I don’t know how to turn to no Catholic person wants to come here. I would never go there again. Father Miguel is a fraud to me he is.”

I imagine drinks, snacks and hymn request apps! Watch out for the two bathroom doors right across from the tub, when I touched the door handle it burned my hand. Ok, so I'm sorry I have this terrible sense of humor, I'm kidding about all of the above except for the modernized decor n feel, the deacon was really nice and patient. It was a great place for my grandsons baptism.”
