They were super oily and had tons of salt and sugar… like the kind you can see small crystals of. I couldn’t taste the food… I also got Philly steak sandwich and ordered the chicken as protein and it just tasted weird. There was so much creamy sauce that the sandwich was soggy!! Again lacked flavours and taste. The wings were the same… sweet sauce and no flavor. The quality of meat didn’t seem great, though they were cooked through and hot. Not sure how I feel about checking this place out again. I would say that the service was good and hence 2 stars.”

The birria was just shameful and tasted like some leftover pork with a cheap, store bought sauce dumped on top. My wife’s carnitas were really gross. They looked and tasted like they were made days prior and then reheated, and were even freezer burnt. The fajitas our friends got us probably their star dish, honestly. Rice and beans were ok. The Salsa has no soul. I didn’t see any Mexican family’s eating here either time - Just a bunch of white folks that have no clue what good Mexican food is. Got the Chori Pollo this time and it was a half chicken breast with a tablespoon of chorizo sprinkled on top. You don’t serve such a small amount of food like that unless you KNOW it good, and it was just okay. Glad I had plenty of chips and salsa to help fill me up. Vultures are circling above:”

Had my family order to-go food because I was working and wanted a good meal when I got off. This was horrible. The tortillas were hard and chewy, they requested to put the lettuce, tomato and sauce on the side and it was a hot mess. They completely forgot my order of grilled veggies as well. Very, very disappointed in this order. I understand the business of the holiday season, but it is no excuse for poor food at all, as I work in the restaurant industry. I usually don't write reviews like this, but this was just sad.”

“Don’t order from this place. I placed an order for 2 birria tacos, 1 cow tongue taco, 1 shrimp taco and chips at guacamole. I called this order in at 8:10pm. When I got there and got my tacos I trusted they put everything in my bag, to my surprise, they didn’t. I was missing the sauce for the tacos and the meat on all tacos were really dry. At this point it was after 9pm and they were closed. I called the next day and the manager told me the owner would replace my order. They then called me back shortly to say the owner “changed his mind” and even though they know I picked up towards close, I have to “call immediately “.”

“I ordered the 3 Birria Taco con Ramen. The food was soooo delicious. The ramen was perfectly cooked just al dente. The soup was seasoned well, and wasn’t oily like some places. The birria tacos were sensational! Nothing but meat (no chunks of fat like other places), gooey stretchy cheese and onions! They also have a small bar with picked onions & veggies, limes, salsas, etc. My ONLY complaint was it was a tad bit warm inside. But, not much to be done about that in the summer. I’d def recommend Spicy Taco!!”
