“As a vegetarian I was very disappointed with this place. Vegetarian tacos have no protein, no beans, avocado, nothing. 😢. The other taco places have mushrooms, beyond meat, Tofu and other vegetarian options. This place has none of those. So disappointing. If you are looking for no meat options, I would stay away. Yes the sauces taste good. And the packing for take out was excellent. The place mostly catered to takeout folks. Not really for a sit down and enjoy a taco.”

“I wish we had more restaurants like this one in Northern Virginia. Seems to be owner-operated, with a lot of care for quality and customer service. The food is excellent and modestly priced for the area. The service was attentive in just the right way, not too much and not too little. We hope we can return to enjoy more meals here.”

“5/5. Was in the area, and decided to stop by hear for some tacos, and Taco Bamba is always a good choice. The Food: Went with my favorite taco, the Lengua Taco. The meat was quality and cooked perfectly. Paired with a nice double tortilla and some onions/cilantro. Can't get any better. The Service: Service was good. Ordering was fast, and orders went out within a timely manner as well. The Atmosphere: Small place, with little seating. But it is setup like almost any other Taco Bamba. Nice decor and huge menu on the wall for you to browse when waiting to order Overall, a 5/5 Solid taco place. getting kind of pricey, but the food is delicious as always.”

“41 Degrees outside, driving up and down Richmond Highway looking for good food because that’s what I do. So I decide to give this place a try because I’ve seen it busy while driving by and said to myself it’s typically places like this that have the best food. Let me tell you, they DID NOT miss! Joel, the kind gentleman at counter was very polite and professional. He gave me background to the culture behind the food and even gave me hot sauce (delicious) and their homemade ketchup which was surprisingly good too. I got the steak and cheese sandwich and it had BITE! A lil spicy but definitely what the weatherman ordered. I crushed the hot sauce on top of the sandwich that had peppers in it. I also got the pork and cheese papusa , I give it a 9 out of 10. All that was lacking was more pork lol. I even got the El Salvadorian Quesadilla - which was freshly made earlier before I arrived. Overall I had a great experience and plan to return for completely different dishes. The pictures don’t serve this place justice. I would absolutely recommend.”
