“This bar concentrating on rum probably made the biggest impression on me in all the days I was holidaying in Marina di Ravenna. We were really lucky to get a table without a reservation. After being seated we were served water and a welcome drink and given the cocktail menus with the house rules. The atmosphere is quiet and intimate and very cosy even in outdoor area. After perusing the menu I decided to ask the waiter (who I now realise was the owner Jimmy) for recommendations. After a few questions of what style of cocktail I would like he left and came back with the best Collins I have ever had. For second round of drinks we decided to live the choice with the waiter and again he did not disappoint. Drinks were delicious as were the tapas. Everything was explained in detail what it is and how it works together in perfect English. If you are looking for a quiet and quality drink in a really nice atmosphere aguardiente is definitely the best place. Thanks again to Jimmy for a perfect night out.”

“Definitely an unexpected great surprise during our Rome trip. After visiting many of the top rated cocktail bars in the city we found this hidden gem. We spend a couple of ours at the bar, having in total 3 cocktails each and some food. All the cocktails were perfectly balanced. The signatures list is interesting and was able to satisfy all our requests. The bartender (Giacomo) was super polite and giving great explanations. Food was tasty and portions were more than adequate. For sure one of our fav cocktail bars in Rome (definitely in the top 3)”

The place was empty when we arrived and in the two hours we were they two other people arrived, so zero atmosphere (we arrived 7.30 on an otherwise busy night with people out everywhere). The reason we were still there was because the tapas we ordered (1 bite each) came in one by one each about 20 minutes from each other. Staff was very friendly and the food was pretty decent. It may be that other nights are better but based on our experience I wouldn't recommend it.”
