“Great service, great variety, and excellent cocktails. The most fun dishes were the halibut and leek for me. The leek was just a symphony of textures, flavors, and temperature shrprises. It was cold but was so soft, creamy but also very well seasoned and sweet at the same time. It was delightful. The halibut was unexpectedly smoky and perfectly cooked. It stood on its own but with all the sauce and vegetables, mushrooms and puree under it, the dish had an amazing perfect bite when you put all of them together. Overall, i would love to try them again for when the menu changes.”

“Wonderful tapas dinner. But make sure you’re ready to eat. The portions are definitely more generous than what you’d get in Spain but just as tasty if not more so. All the dishes were very inventive and interesting. Lots of molecular gastronomy techniques used. The presentation and explanation of each dish was superb. We didn’t opt for the wine paring but the bottle of wine we chose went well with everything. Would go again and fast beforehand.”

Had a slight accident in the kitchen with our order but our waitress was extremely kind and apologized. They gave us a free dessert. “There for a special birthday, seated by front door, and were comfortable even on a cold night. Would like to return and try the upstairs seating. Atmosphere was modern and relaxing. Christian was an excellent server and made sure we were well cared for. Food and flavors were amazing! Brussel sprouts were good - the sour with the Sherry Vinegar, paired nicely with the pancetta, could have used something to draw the salt, sour and bitter together (pecorino or goat cheese, and little black pepper maybe). Artichoke ravioli was excellent! The flavor was fresh, light, and enjoyable all the way through. Wnlanted to scrape the sauce up and eat every drop. Portion was peefect. Papparadelle posta was excellent and filling. Spice was warm and nice, not hot. Salmon was delicious, vegetable were roasted well, also filling. Gnocchi dish was delicious, and blend of flavors enjoyable. Our non-tomato eater, ate the tomatoes and liked it. Spaghetti Squash and Meatballs small plates were very good. Tiramasu and Custard desserts were delicious flavors as well - balanced and just the right level of sweetness. Highly recommend for a special night out. It is high-end, so expect to pay a bit more per person.”

“We held a rehearsal dinner here and it could not have been received better! Planning it from across the country was scary, but Eric made it easy and walked us through the whole process with a positive attitude and great advice when we asked. The food was absolutely delicious, from the salmon to the ribs to the brussels sprouts to the "famous" fries to the cheesecake. The sliders for appetizers were a huge hit. Wait staff was professional, accommodating and so easy to work with. Easily the "best" decision was choosing Level to host our son and his bride's rehearsal dinner. A very happy Mom of the Groom here!!!”

“Best restaurant in Corvallis. I've dined here several times and have always been happy with my meal and the dining experience. The only negative comment came from others in my party who received their dinner drinks from the bar long after the meal arrived. They made the comment that this has happened more than once with different servers so it appears to be an issue at the bar. Everything else was great and we highly recommend it. I thought the Wednesday special (tacos) were some of the best I've had and the key lime pie dessert was fabulous.”

“This place offers authentic Spanish food. There is a great variety of tapas and a full menu. We ordered the grilled octopus, fried artichokes and the paella valenciana which came with salad. All three dishes were very tasty. The paella for two was big enough that we took half home. There are different types of sangria. We ordered the red one and it was very good. The service is very attentive. Good place for just tapas and drinks or a full meal.”

“Went here on a whim after a day at Universal Studios -- my wife and I are both on SoCal but have lived out of state for several years. Whenever we're back we MUST get some amazing food from some of our favorite chefs, and I'd long wanted to check out one of Chef Antonia's restaurants. We knew we needed to be close to DTLA to see a movie at Alamo Drafthouse and this was the perfect stop right before the movie. We had phenomenal service and stunningly good food -- elevated tapas that don't lose their grounding in the ingredients and the heritage of the dishes. We didn't have a bad bite. All the large plates are probably great but we loved getting 5 or so small plates and each got the sangria, which came with seasonal fruit and brandy and amaretto. What a great mix and perfect for a hot summer day. I'll be stealing that recipe. We got the empanadas, guacamole, arepa, and calamari and thru were each lights out. If we didn't have to catch a movie we could have easily ordered 3 or more additional plates. Perfect portions to where you feel each one is worth the money but you also don't feel like you're going to starve. Super yummy... you could easily spend a couple hours here and couldn't possibly have a bad time. We'll be back!”

“Made quick reservations for a 6pm dinner same day. The back patio is perfect. Quiet & tucked in a nice nook outback with heat lamps. The plates and food were excellent. The cheese and charcuterie plate made for a wonderful start. The strawberry salad was amazing. No pictures of the squash soup and beef cheek croquettes. The soup fell a little underneath the course while the beef croquettes were high performers. I did not anticipate such high-quality service and food. I look forward to a return!”
