“Arrived at 6.30, first customers. Ordered immediately. We knew kitchen only opened at 7. We don’t mind the wait, but at least give a heads up … instead we saw the waitress just chitchatting and fooling around with the kitchen staff, while a lot of customers were actually waiting. Later more customers arrived, other customers got their food, we got it at 19.45!! And that for just 2 simple burgers, who were undercooked, meat had no spices at all, 0 flavour. The cheese (Mozarella) was not even slightly molten , just a raw piece of cheese. On top of all that, we asked for some ketchup, never got it, and extra water took 40 minutes to arrive. Only 2 waitresses in total, even in a busy setting. In general very very disappointing, bad food and unprofessional staff. Setting is kinda trending, but unclean. My seat was full of breadcrumbs, the table itself was falling apart. All this, 2 drinks and 2 burgers for €40+, I expect much better. Don’t do it, just go to the nearest McDonald’s if you want some decent food.”
