Nice selection of drinks and meals that are well priced, decent portions and good quality. Was some out there foods that I will not try again (good quality but black bean sesame hot chocolate is not for me) Like how it is separated in to dog friendly and dog free area. Overall great place and will be back again.”

From the moment we walked into Collins Coffee House, our awe of the decor and furnishings didn't stop there. The interior ambience, attention to detail, the food....oh my, each delicious and tasty morsel, was hand crafted to perfection. With every bite and every sip, each flavour combination, they complimented one another so well. We all felt very welcomed ; thoroughly enjoyed and loved our time at Collins Coffee House, and can't wait to come back again.”

“Of the 2 Gong Chas’ currently located in the Brisbane CBD, this is our preferred one. Whilst it’s very popular and there’s often a queue, the staff are very quick and get through the lines very efficiently so there isn’t a long wait. The selection of bubble teas are so extensive and they often have some seasonal specials on offer to choose from. There’s plenty of seating downstairs and upstairs. The upstairs seating can get a bit warm in Summer and a little noisy from the speakers on the roof. But the views to the street traffic is perfect for people watching as you sip your delicious bubble teas.”

“Ever since I ordered my first batch of tea from here in 2021, I have literally never bought tea anywhere else. This place is it. Going into the store is a great experience - the owner is friendly, knowledgable and generous with his time, allowing you to smell each tea while you make your selections. He will also take the time to explain things to you and recommend teas according to your preferences. He taught me an extremely important lesson about maximising flavour extraction from tea leaves by brewing first in a jug/mug, then pouring it into your drinking cup through a fine double mesh sieve (which they also sell here). My tea has never tasted better. Online deliveries are super reliable as well and always arrive within a couple of days. I cannot recommend this place enough. Just the best tea shop I’ve ever been to, hands down.”

The high tea serving was not only beautiful but very delicious and I finished everything on my plate. They gave me the halal option which I was most happy with. Service was the best I have had. “I will give 5 stars for this place as it was an amazing nite for me and my friends. The dessert was awesome. Am not gonna lie, its yummy, the matcha creeme brulle, the lava cake and the queen durian 10/10, i finish it all. Also the drink was really good. I know most of the review said bad service, for me it was 4/5 yes they need to be more friendly to their customer when servce or when talk, its just need little smile to welcome the customer but anyway the food was really good so we will be back again. And yes you can either sit on the floor or on the table, they have 2 option for the sitting”
