“We hosted a religious wedding banquet at SCVCC last weekend, and it was perfect. By far, this venue is the best wedding venue in the bay area. The setting is gorgeous, and the banquet hall overlooks the golf course and you can see the man made waterfalls from the side. The cocktail area was setup nicely. The appetizers were great. The staff is very professional and competent, especially the director of catering Rosa Molina, who helped us throughout the whole process. Rosa was very friendly, helpful, responsive and easy to work with. Rosa went out of her way, and during her off days, to respond to our messages and emails. Other staff members who helped us include David Urrea, James Hallihan, and Domenic Pomponio. All our family and guests loved this venue and are considering it for future events.”

“I asked them if I could reserve the pickleball court for an hour. The price to do this? $48 ($12 / person / day). It's very disappointing that they don't offer a more reasonable pricing structure for people who just want to occasionally use a court. The court doesn't even look that good. I'll be forced to go elsewhere if I need to reserve a pickleball court.”

“Nice swimming pools with different temperatures. Kid friendly. Kiddie pool is actually warm! Unfortunately, the shower situation is just tragic and this brings down the entire club experience. Whoever is in charge of the showers is pathologically cheap. During my last visit only 1 out of 4 showers in the men's locker room was operational. Why? Because they buy the bargain bin fixtures from Wal-Mart and they promptly break. When I visited with my kids we tried the new private family shower area. Brand new, nice tile, clean, proper ventilation so it's not moldy like the adult area... and Wal-Mart fixtures again! It's already falling apart.”
