“I ordered takeaway and it was amazing food, very fresh and tonnes of flavour, service for pickup was friendly and quick. Most importantly I asked for "extra, extra, extra spicy" on my green curry and boy did they deliver on that one....easily the hottest meal I've had in a long time, i was sweating, my mouth was on fire, my nose was running, (i was crying a lil bit too don't tell nobody) it was amazing. It's so hard to find properly spicy food around here so thank you Charming Thai, you da man.”

“The interior was beautiful but the food definitely was the highlight. the Tom Yum with prawns and the pad Thai were delicious and well presented. the Penang curry was good but a little less thicker than we are used to and was slightly bland. The coconut sticky ice cream was the perfect desert. Overall a very good experience and will be back again!”

If you're in the CBD and would like a delicious Thai meal come and try this place on 413 Pitt St near the corner of Goulburn St. You can't miss it the shop front is set up with various sweet and savory Thai snacks. Service and atmosphere is terrific it will definitely take you back to Bangkok. We ordered pineapple fried rice served in a hollowed out ripe pineapple, soft shell crab, barbecue chicken and green curry with duck. All up it cost $120 for 3people. Well worth it and definitely worth coming back to.”

I was not told about this by the restaurant and would be dangerous if I decided to heat up the food in the microwave oven. “Beef Chilli Jam Cashew Nut - Beef was so tender & sauce & veges so flavoursome. The serving size could easily feed 4 people it was just my husband & I our bowls were full. We also bought yellow curry which I will upload photos when we have it for dinner tonight as we couldn’t fit it in as we were completely satisfied with this meal alone. Well done, so worth it. Yellow curry tonight & my oh my is it delicious. Highly recommended.”

“My partner loves Thai food so we stopped here for our dinner on our road trip back to Gold Coast. It’s a Friday evening so very crowded and luckily we made our reservation. We quickly ordered our food after looking at the menu. We had the salt and pepper squid and the red curry duck which are their house signature dish. I had a bitter lime lemon and my partner had a Japanese beer. The good came quick and we were happy to see the nice portion of the duck in the red curry dish. We had duck curry very often in Thai restaurants but theirs is the biggest potion that we’ve ever had. Moreover, it’s very juicy with crispy skin. The curry was not too spicy, so it’s perfectly fine for us. The squid was tender and the batter was also not thick, we also enjoyed it. The staffs were very friendly and attentive, reasonable price, so why not give it a go?! I’m sure you’ll enjoy it!”

“i just went to this restaurant and what a waste of money the food is disgusting i ordered rice noodles and it didn’t say anything of the menu about it coming with slugs and a stinky soup the chicken was raw and tasted so bad. there is a photo and you can’t even see how stinky the soup was DONT EVER COME HERE IF YOUR PIKEY but if u like food that looks like that and taste bad then u should go there!!!”

“I have recently been to this amazing Thai restraunt and to my surprise all vegetarian options were amazing. We ordered Cashew nut stir fry, red curry with vegetables and rice, pad khee moa(only veggies), chilli basil fried rice. The servings were for 5 people and portions were great, taste was awsome. Special mention to Meu who had really made our visit memorable. She helped in booking our table in a short notice and also served food with smiles. Thank you guys, keep up the good work :)”
