“I've done service there and from 79 Euros originally price, when I got there they told me more than 400, but after complained they put back to 79 Euros, but in the end they kind of said needed to check more things and charged me 283Euros without explain in details what was done. Not mentioning they washed the car horrible bad and not even noticed the door was with a strange sound (both of them) and the tyres needs to change soon. So next time I won't go there for sure.”

“Went to this shop to buy a new Shoei helmet. I was taking a look at the new Neotec III very carefully and this older sales person woman with short hair approached me and warned me for no reason with a rude attitude by stating that it is a very expensive helmet without even saying hello or welcome and that's it. This kind of person should not be allowed to work anywhere or come close to interaction with any human. I know that helmet is expensive, I am in the market for it. Even if I didn't know it is, is this the way to let customers know? By assuming, they are poor and cannot pay for it if they break it or drop it? This shop will never ever get my money as long as that discriminating lady is working there...”

“We have recently bought an old new car from Bergmans Auto's. Very happy with the overall offer, negotiation, price and honesty of Tom - the owner of the garage. Soon after we bought the car, we had an accident, so that the left-side door was badly damaged. Tom immediately came to our help and he kept the car inside, since the door couldn't be closed and weather was very bad. He also asked, on our behalf, for offers at a few 'schade bedrijven'. We accepted one offer, managed to get the car repaired, and went back to Tom to see if we needed to pay for his involvement. Turns out that he just wanted to help us and did not ask for any payment. We also learned that he arranged with the schade bedrijf, for us to pay a lower price for workmanship. The only point of criticism is that some features were not available on the car we bought, despite the fact that they were advertised on the web site. However, Tom immediately acknowledged this mistake and offered us to have some of the functionality replaced by installing third-party components. We accepted his offer and it all went just fine. All-in-all we are very satisfied. Having visited quite a number of other garages looking for a car, I must say that it is very rare to find such compassionate and willing to help, honest and open people working in this branch of work. You also get 6 months of warranty at no extra/hidden costs, which is also rare these days. All-in-all this is a 5 star review, despite the minor inconvenience caused by the feature omission. Congratulations and keep up the good work Tom!”
