“Updated from original review*** Since leaving the review the company has reached out to try and fix the problem. The person who I dealt with has been more than helpful. They have corrected the shipping to $50 and the tires and rims have been delivered. The quality of the tires seem good and I am happy that the company was willing to work with me to resolve the issue. ******** They specifically advertise as free shipping but at the last check out page switch the shipping to $240. They do say on their website that free shipping does not apply for northern Ontario or remote locations. Which I am not. When switching the address multiple times using my work in Brampton and family members in Niagara Falls, the shipping automatically changed for them as well. Where in Ontario applies for free shipping? When I called the man I spoke with just kept saying it is not free shipping for your region. Then blamed his English that he wasn’t understanding me and hung up. His English was fine, he knew this was a scam and didn’t want to answer my question. Might as well go to Canadian Tire and save the $240.”

“I had an excellent experience at Mini/BMW Laval. My salesman, François Richmond, went above and beyond the call of duty. Every detail that was discussed (paint touch ups, tires, etc) was done when I picked the car up. Additionally, they put new brakes and tires all around, changed the fog lamps as one was cracked, new wipers, new rear window washing system, etc. The car could have passed for new. I asked for a copy of the car’s service history and was given it instantly. I must point out that I bought the cheapest and oldest Mini they had on their lot but one would have never known it by the stellar service I received. Jonathan Ghandour was also great. The financing part of buying a car is what I dread most. He was quick and efficient, and didn’t pressure me into buying add-ons that I didn’t want. The best car buying experience I’ve had.”

“Blew a tire on an extremely hot Wednesday on the 417. Called a few places. First few couldn't get my kind of tire. Other places also mentioned I'd likely have to replace both rears. Kal Tire said I could get towed there and they would have my tire in and replaced by Friday.. relief in the sweltering heat. When I got there, I asked if I needed both tires done like others mentioned (fairly new vehicle). They had a look, checked the treads, and told me my other tire was in great condition, only the one had to be replaced. I valued their honesty.. saved me a lot of money. Bonus was tire came in earl, so got my wheels back earlier than expected. Hope I don't need to go in for something like that again, but I was very impressed with their fast, friendly service and 100% would recommend. (Will try to upload after photo later)”

“I purchased my Fj Cruiser from them. Generally I can say I am very satisfied with the whole experience. Everyone was very professional and respectful. I got the vehicle and found out some issues and the service department booked me in a very timely manner and fixed all the major issues. Special thanks to Francois at the service department. He is amazing. The only reason I do not give 5 start is because when I checked the vehicle first, the back-up camera was working fine. The day I received the vehicle (the license plate was installed at the same day), I noticed that the back-up camera does not work. They claimed that since this was an after-market camera, that's not their responsibility. However I received the vehicle with an issue that was not existent when I first checked the vehicle and it was one of the criteria for me deciding to purchase the vehicle. I had to spend 250 out of my pocket to fix that. It was shown to me that the wiring behind the license plate was damaged when the license plate was installed by them. I believe they could deal with this issue way better.”
