5885 Cir Dr E, Cicero, NY 13039, United States

“One of the best dealership experiences I've ever had, and I don't say that lightly. I've purchased many cars in my life, and Audi Cicero may have been the best experience overall. It's a pleasant environment with friendly and professional staff. There is no pressure to buy, and I could take my time making decisions and trying out vehicles. Highly recommended if you're in the market.”

“Last week I went for an inspection at the Front St location and was told by Tim that I needed several repairs done to the tune of $1,323 before he would pass my vehicle. Of all repairs I was informed needed to be done, one was that the front lights were "blown". All lights have been checked by another professional, and each light works great. I was also told over the phone first thing in the morning that none of my brakes worked, the rotor was so bad that it could break in two and the sway bar was faulty. My back brakes were new and the rotor and sway bar were fine. Upon further inspection, a new shiny part was found, which leads me to wonder if something was broken at the shop and then quickly repaired when I said I would be picking it up to have repairs done elsewhere. The only thing that actually needed to be done was an alignment. I'm not sure if he attempted to rip me off because I'm a woman and perceived to be stupid, or if he needs more training. Waste of my time and $10.50.”

“Sad to see a business take advantage of people. I was away and sent one of my customers to this place to change a bad ignition coil. My customer showed me the receipt, and $787 plus card surcharge came to over $800 dollars for unnecessary work, both air filters were replaced about 5 months ago, including the key battery 2 weeks ago. Stated they changed the plugs, and none was changed ( I visually checked myself). One coil should have been around $200. A cabin air filter for $110 is a rip-off. And the nerve to say he needs front axles if I replaced them 9 months ago, both sides were done. Stay away from this place. These people are not honest. I recommend some of my customers to go there in the past when I was unavailable and never had a complaint, maybe because they were younger and this customer was an older person and they decided to take advantage of him. A misfire on one cylinder due to a bad coil is one of the simplest parts to detect and change in less than an hour. So 1 hour of labor plus part cost should have been the total for this job. They turned to be a Rip off and will never recommend this place to any of my customers ever again. Honesty and respect should be the number one policy. Scam artists. Oh, and don't forget they pressure this gentleman to sign for the work prior to even give him a quote, and pushing that all needs to be done or car may not run right.”

“Over the Memorial Day weekend in 23’ my family took a trip with our older but very clean and well maintained camper that has never seen salt always stored indoors and never abused in any way. On our way back home we blew a tire and shortly after blew another (must have ran over something as tires were only a year old) however, it tore the side of camper apart. Went to Curren rv due to a local family owned business with a decent reputation and I would rather give them business than some huge company that’s more about numbers than service. Worst mistake I’ve ever made. To get back on point I went to currens the week after returning home to talk to them and get an estimate. I met Gary (service rep) and then met with Zach Curren. Zach came out side with me and briefly looked at the damage and said he would start the estimate process however the work would have to wait till end of season which I understood and the damage did not make the camper unusable so great that works out. End of season comes end of October and I contact Gary again. Gary stated that they were way to busy at the time with winterizations and that he would get back to me around 3rd week in November specifically November 17 fine I understood. November 17 came and went with no call. Finally I called them second week in December to inquire about the estimate and repair and Gary said to bring it in the week before Christmas where he stated we will have time to get it in and get the estimate completed as I expressed my concerns of the camper sitting out and being snowed on ect and Gary reassured me and being understanding of my concerns. So the day comes and I go to drop the camper off, mind you I have already provided them with all the necessary insurance information ect. I pull in and go inside to find the estimate never started and in fact I was never even entered into the system at all! So I call my insurance and provided Curren’s with all the information needed again expressing my concerns of the camper just sitting for weeks outside and was again reassured that they would move right along on it. Fine. A few weeks into January I call to inquire about the status of the estimate due to my insurance company contacting me asking about the situation as they haven’t received any information on the camper🤦‍♂️. I called and Gary again answered the call and I was upset at the pace the process was moving along and then was told that well we don’t have the vin number for the camper as the exterior number was hard to make out. You know the vin that’s on alllllll the insurance documents!!!!!! I thought to my self that they haven’t done anything because how do you start an estimate on a unit when you haven’t a clue what the vin was. I instantly was upset and during our Minorly heated discussion was told by Gary that he doesn’t have to deal with this as he was leaving in two hours for his snowmobiling trip! Seriously!! So here we are now the end of January and again my insurance company contacted me again asking what was going on! I haven’t contacted them yet today but plan on it but would have never thought that they would do business this way ever! With that all said and how absolutely appalling this process has been I will say Jay in sales seems to be a bang up guy but the service department of Zach Curren and Gary team is shameful at best and this is something as a company should do something about. I will never ever and I mean never do business with currens again for any reason and will deter anyone I care about from darkening the doorway. Jan 24 update: spoke with Gary and stated waiting on parts pricing and availability from Jayco…. To be continued………. Due to my review Gary called and stated that they are no longer interested in working on my camper! Shocking right! Bang up service. Truth hurts couldn’t be more true. Stated that due to my review I’d probably wouldn’t be happy with the way it turned out like they wouldn’t do great work! Man now that is professional! Just a taste of what to look forward to at Curren RV service.”

“Good experienced help combined with low prices makes for a good experience while shopping. They are also very generous with coupons over their app after you make a purchase. I did a brake job and received 5 coupons for $10 off of my next purchase of $10 or more. You really can't beat that. Two thumbs up.”
