Long story short our key broke. The spare key was the wrong key. We tried buying a new key no one had. We tried but the wheel lock extraction sets it just ate the outside of the lug nuts. We were told to go to dodge dealer even their master set didn’t have the right wheel key. I even video it myself of me inside my car the shake is bad I don't think I will keep my service there I'm going to take it somewhere else and also the air is always leaking out of the tires the same ones I replaced. I ended buying 2 new ones somewhere else and they rides smoothly. Still needs back tires replaced again 👎🏽”
