“Great service work, great tires and reasonable prices. It’s a shame they tole me 45-60 minutes and my car has been sitting where I parked it for over 35 minutes. Way to screw up what would’ve been perfection. I would’ve been happy to have been picked up and come back later, not caring, but when you create what is actually a reasonable expectation and don’t touch my car for over a half hour, you lose that star! I’m posting this review even before my car’s in the bay. Who knows how much longer it will be…”

“Stopped in to this place, formerly known as Tommy's Camper Land to check out some trailer's. Greeted a few times but not the dreaded "follow and high pressure" act with some salespeople. Enjoyed a variety of trailers that were clean and easy to access. Went inside to ask some questions about accessories and found everyone to be very helpful. Left one question for a guy in parts and look forward to an answer. Everyone seemed to do great at their jobs, had knowledge, great customer service skills and even fresh popcorn and some bottled water! Highly recommend!”

“Watch out for getting scammed! I had two tires put on and my tire light was on. I am always happy with Jack Furriers tires, however, this location did me wrong in the fact that they said ALL four of my tire pressure sensors were bad. $60 a pop plus labor. Thankfully I declined having them all replaced because my regular mechanic said they were all reading and just had to reset the code and the light has stayed off for the past week. Not cool to try and scam people out of hard earned money guys!”

“5 star experience! This location is an amazing location, I had to get a rental though my insurance which is super stressful but picking up my rental here was super easy and quick thanks to both Cris & Miranda! They both were super helpful and explained everything I needed to know, they were so busy with customers but didn’t lack anything from me and they were just amazing, they made a stressful experience just easy and quick, and again they were so nice I patient, something you can’t find in customer service these days. Location was also clean and my rental was also clean! 10/10 couldn’t say anything better, thank you again to the both of you!”

“Started losing air while driving on 69, stopped to put some in, but knew we needed to get to a tire shop quick! Got to Big O, but it couldn't be fixed and they only had 1 tire. So we aired up and made it to Discount Tire. Great experience! No appt, but they got us in and out in an hour. Super professional and polite!!”
