I called and by some miracle they had 4 tires i needed for my Jaguar AWD Cody and Joel where super friendly, timely and helpful as soon as I got there. “Seth and the whole team at Destin Auto in Princeton are amazing! I have been taking my vehicles there for several years now and they have always given top notch service! I now have two teenagers that drive and they also take their vehicles there. I’d like to highlight two examples where Seth has been honest to a fault and always made me feel like he was doing everything he could so make sure I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t need to be paying. My car was having transmission issues. Being that Destin isn’t a transmission repair shop Seth wasn’t positive exactly that the transmission needed to be replaced but confident enough to recommend me going ahead and taking my car to a transmission shop do that I didn’t have to pay them to check it and replace something and then find out that it was intact my transmission! In the end it was my transmission and I was grateful that he was so honest when he could have checked my car, tried to replace something, charged me for it and then I would have had to replace my transmission anyway! Second event has been my daughters car we just purchased this year! It’s am older VW and has had issues since we bought it. It needed to pass inspection and it was proving to be very difficult to pass inspection before the check engine light would come back on for then to have to start the process all over again! Seth and team did not give up! They kept trying and trying and finally figure out what was wrong, passed the Inspection and didn’t even end up charging me for all the work they did on it. Anytime I need something done with any of my families cars I don’t even think twice about where to take it!”

It’s nice to see such an active group and a good relationship with dealership. We walked in and immediately met with a sales associate who answered all our questions and checked in with us throughout our visit, yet gave us plenty time to roam and check things out on our own. “I’ll never come back here or any Discount Tire. I set an appointment to have my tires rotated and checked before a road trip. The associate that helped me said my tire tread is getting pretty low but not quite there yet. He then quotes me for 4 new tires equaling out to $1400. I said I wouldn’t be able to pay that today but I’d like to continue to get them rebalanced and checked. This guy literally refused me any service unless I bought ALL NEW TIRES. I even suggested replacing 2 and he still refused. I could not believe it. It’s ridiculous how some men try to hustle women at these car shops. I went somewhere else and they did it immediately. They won’t get my business ever again.”

From the front office to the owner, if you want authentic care with exceptional communication this is your place. Yolanda (front office) is bright, knowledgeable and lovely. I was kept up to date with my car status with text messages (love it). I was sent a link to examine what the techs found (love it). Since I was a new customer Yolanda called me to explain their process of sending a link to opt in or out of what the technician suggested for maintenance and repair (LOVE it!). There's no awkward conversation about what I didn't want done at the time, though if you call to discuss they'd give you the time and attention. When the car was done I got a text and was able to pick it up the same day. I highly recommend YHS.”

“Talk about being told one thing and then another thing happens. I set up an appointment for tires selected my tires and was told not to worry about them not being at least the same year. What do i get 3 tires of 2022 and 1 tire that was over a year old. I tell them to change it as i never left the lot... And they "fixed" it a second time. Go check.... Nothing is different. Had i not said anything i would have gotten a new tire since they replaced my spare with a new tire. So technically they need to report that the tire has already been mounted once even if it wasn't driven on. I wonder how often this happens and people don't say anything or just don't know. Be sure to locate this on your tire. They read as: 0622 and it means 6th week of the year 2022 this tire was made. Obviously you won't get a tire made a month ago but when you are told you will have all 2022 even if it's 0122, 0422, 0622 or a mix of them i would be okay since they would all read 2022... Took them 2 hours the first original to complete... 20mins to "fix" the first mess up and now i am waiting longer to fix fix the mess up. Let's hope they at least cleaned the tire like they have all the other tore changes they have done today. I highly doubt it since i paid for "cheap" new tires.”
