“I called around several places looking for a quote on a CAT code being thrown by my check engine light. I had quotes all over the board from repair shops all over Springfield. I decided to give A-1 a shot because they seemed to shoot me straight for all the questions I had. I ended up getting an oil change, which was the standard going rate compared to everywhere else in Springfield. I also had them change out my rear brake pads and rotors. I was hoping to keep my rotors and have them turned down but they advised against it, which I understand. The brake job seemed a smidge high but I didn't want to run my truck to multiple places. And they offer a 3-year/36K mile warranty. Kevin was super friendly and they fellas were able to get all my repairs done in the same day! Truck is running great! I'll be using these guys for a tune-up on my truck in the near future. I'll also be bringing back my wife's Explorer for a 60K mile service, too. Highly recommend these guys.”

“We had a blowout on I-29 with our double axle dump trailer carrying our Case Loader. After roadside assistance failed us we called Todd's and spoke with TJ who was very helpful. He suggested we remove the blowout tire, strap the axel up and limp to their shop about 12 miles away. While my husband stayed on the side of the highway with the equipment we unloaded, I drove to their shop. They moved me to the front of the line and I was finished in about half an hour with four new trailer tires. The best customer service we've experienced in a long long time! “Like many of the other reviews I do have good things to say about Greg the owner and the service writers working up front. They were easy to work with and friendly. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for some of the other employees. After I got my car back I looked through dash cam footage of employees abusing my car while driving it around the local neighborhood. I care about my car a lot and its crushing to see this disrespect. I brought it up with Bimmers R Us and they offered to fix another issue free of charge for the inconvenience, but I declined. The advice I'd give to other people is to buy a dash cam.”
