“Ordered 5 RRW wheels + 5 Falkens Balanced with balancing beads shipping was fairly quick once I sorted which wheels I was going with as the first set I wanted was back ordered. Everything came had to unload one by one from lift gate as the pallet broke but isn't a big deal. Second time ordering wheels + tires first time from trail built my first experience with another company was pretty bad didn't get what I ordered TPMS sensors weren't working contacted customer service was bad etc... All none issues thus far with trailbuilt happy so far.”

“I’m a longtime loyal customer of this Tire Plus but will NEVER go back to Tires Plus again. When getting tire service today I presented a Tires Plus business card from a previous Store Manager with a “free oil change” written on it to the current Store Manager. The oil change was offered due to an extremely long wait time getting tires serviced on a previous visit. The current Store Manager said he would not honor the free oil change offer. We had an exchange, me saying I wouldn’t come back after today and he saying we wouldn’t do my work scheduled for today. Poor customer service. NEVER going back! Too many other better tire shop options in the area.”

“Rude customer service in the service department. After telling me my car needs a 275$ battery and after I stated it’s under warranty they said it wasn’t failing enough to have it replaced and they told me to bring it in when the start and stop doesn’t work again , so I made another appointment when the start and stop started not working again and when I got to the appointment the check in guy which I believe was the manager, went to the car with me and then told me my car has nothing wrong with it even though THEY told me I needed to purchase another battery on my first appointment. So then I had another concern and he told me I was taking up his time !! I did say I made an appointment and he replied saying with them and pointed to garage not with me . Well , I didn’t walk in I made an appointment and he took it upon himself to diagnose and decide I didn’t need service. Is it because I’m a woman or does Brickners treat all their customers like this , I was disappointed and disgusted.”

“I want to give a huge shout out to riverside automotive for helping my daughter out yesterday. I live in South Carolina and called saying her car would not start and we had just had riverside replace the battery a few months ago. She got it started and took it to riverside auto to have it checked before her big trip to the upper peninsula of Michigan. Riverside diagnosed it as a bad starter. Before we could even get an estimate they had replaced the starter and came back to her saying that they had replaced it and merry Christmas. No charge at all. Those guys are true Americans in my eyes and my daughter will be forever grateful and will continue to bring her Kia soul to them. Words cannot express how grateful we are for them at riverside automotive!”

“I am deeply disappointed with the service my father received at your establishment. My father, who recently underwent a quadruple bypass and is still in a weakened state, had scheduled an appointment to have his tires replaced on Saturday, 1/27/24. Upon arriving for the scheduled appointment, we were informed that the tire replacement had to be rescheduled. The reason given was that the shop had taken on an unscheduled brake job without an appointment and only had one lift available, which was occupied by the unexpected brake job. It is disheartening to note that when the appointment was originally made, there was no inquiry about the type of vehicle or any indication that such scheduling conflicts might arise. This lack of foresight and consideration for customers' time and well-being is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of your establishment. Given my father's health condition, this situation has caused undue stress and inconvenience. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the organizational shortcomings to ensure a more customer-centric and efficient service in the future.”

“I needed my struts replaced on my 2015 Honda Odyssey because I was trying to sell it. I picked up 2 days later and they said the technician noted a broken ABS sensor wire 🤦🏼‍♂️ ( you mean the wire he broke while replacing the struts!?) My dash had 4 different check engine lights on and so many different things no longer worked in the car...it was beyond stressful!! I called back after getting home to inspect the "repairs"... Told them they needed to fix this! I dropped it off a few days later and they did replace the sensor which cleared up all the other codes/errors. They didn't charge anything extra for finally fixing it...I just more upset that the technician doing the work actually tried to hide the fact that he F'ed up! They did right their wrong, but when trying to sell the vehicle within the next few days... It was an extremely stressful situation I shouldn't have had to deal with. Thanks Adam for being an honest guy!”

“We brought our car here after having the check engine light go on. We previously had it at another shop after being stranded on the highway. We "knew" feom the other shop it was a catalytic converter problem. We were able to get a new one put on through Tires plus for hundreds less than what I was quoted at a different shop. Come to find out that our car has multiple cats and when one went bad, the pieces clogged the one next in line. We were warned both by Tires plus, and the previous shop that this was potentially what happened and that's why we couldn't even run the car and were left stranded in the first place. So no surprise, this is what happened. While a little disappointed that it wasn't going to be the easiest and cheapest fix, it wasn't unexpected at all because the team at Tires Plus were knowledgeable enough to inform me up front that this was a possibility. We went and picked up our car after the service was done and everything was great.... well we thought. My wife was driving it home and the check engine light popped up. So we made a call and got it back in there to get looked at. Ben, who was helping us, took the time and had it checked out again. Turned out we also had a sensor that was bad. After all was said and done, they were able to get our car up and running. Most people in my shoes might be upset that the car had a little issue after getting worked on. I however am grateful. Ben and the service techs were able to get our car rolling again after we ended up having multiple issues. I feel fortunate that Tires plus does so much more than just tires. I never paid attention to the "plus" part of the name. I took a picture of the services that they provide to help anyone else out there with some issues and might not know what this place offers. I feel that taking the time to leave a lengthy review is the least I could do considering the high level of service I received. While I hope I never have to have my vehicle towed here again for some immediate repairs like in this case. I will absolutely be back here to get some help with preventative maintenance. Thank you Tires plus for helping us while we were in need.”
