“Set up an appointment to have some work done only to find out that meant that I will have to wait over an hour to have my vehicle seen. Good thing there is a nice coffee pot to stare at while you wait. Half the sales floor is the service waiting room. This is my first time at this location and may not be back. The service department was friendly and welcoming just not the expected service and took a longer time commitment than agreed. The work got done still love my Subaru.”

The sales rep however noted I needed a larger offset and sold me steel wheels for a great price. I told them I could figure it out when I got home and low and behold, the sales rep was right and I was able to fit the wheels and tires on. The issue was all wheels had to be on the ground while one was in the air to get the tire not to hit the fender well.”
