“My wife dealt with Joeseph. I put the order in online, they called me the night before and told me only one of my tires got shipped. Joseph asked me why that tire and I explained that I had done quite a bit of research and that was rated best in class. He quickly realized I only wanted that tire and asked me what he could do to make it right, I told him if they could just find a way to do it the same day, that would work. He told me it would be a challenge but he made it happen with only a 2 hour delay. A lot of people might write a bad review, but I always look as a problem as an opportunity to show me what kind of company you are, are this company is one that keeps you informed, is straight forward, and does what they can for the customer. They do it right and treat you right, very happy customer.”

“I was in the Norman location 1-9-24 needing a tire pressure sensor replaced. The guy I spoke to needed to check my tires. When he came back in he told me that my other 3 sensors were going out and before he could replace the one that was out, I needed a new tire because they could not remount a tire that is worn. He said something about a DOT law. I told him I would find another place that would replace the sensor without having to purchase a new tire. After leaving I called the Moore location and spoke with a manager. He wanted me to bring it in to see if my tires would check out any differently. He said that if they put the tire back on with low tread that if I was in an accident Discount Tire could be held responsible if the bad tire caused the accident. It was a front tire and the tread was worn around the outside edge. The tread on the middle of the tire was good. He told me the reason the tread was worn on the outside of the tire is that is the part I drive one!!!!! Really! I hung up! Discount Tire was my go to tire shop, but not anymore. I investigated everything they told me and found it was untrue and only used to sell me tires. I had an appointment to get tires on my husbands truck and cancelled that. I will never recommend or use them again. BTW: I found another tire shop, got my sensor replaced and they had no problem remounting my tire after replacing the sensor.”

After seeing the code they recommended an additive and told me to put in and drive until the light went out. Changed my air filter and put the additive in. Drove it for several days and the light went out as they said it would. Runs like a Champ!! Thanks Guys!!”

“You guys saved our trip! Myself and 2 other buddies needed tires mid road trip and we got hooked up. (Indian Challenger, Road Glide and Breakout) They got us in early and had us all back on the road within a couple hours. Amazingly, all 3 tires were in stock and were the specific ones we wanted. We are from Phoenix, AZ and even in a city of 6 million nothing is ever in stock here. We proceeded to smash another 1500 miles at 100 mph+ and not a single problem. This is the first time I’ve ever had a tire installed that I didn’t have to re-adjust my belt. The price was extremely good as well. If I wasn’t so far I’d be back for every tire. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this shop.”
