“Great customer service. I’m a first time boat owner and there were some miscommunication issues that resulted in me driving 1.5 hours for a boat that wasn’t ready. Apparently there was some repairs needed that weren’t communicated. Jason was incredibly responsive and took complete ownership of the error and took the time to take me into the repair area to visually inspect the lower unit. He then had two mechanics walk to the boat outside to further inspect and provide explanations. He really took the time to explain and was very fair in understanding my frustration. It was a wasted trip, BUT it was still a great experience. Definitely will continue to be a loyal customer. Highly recommend and 5 stars!!”
