“I came here for an alignment after getting new tires at a different Discount Tire store. They recommended that I go to this location that does do alignments. Anyway, while the alignment got everything into the "green zone", many of those numbers are to the extreme edge of what is considered to be in the green. Which means it'll likely be no time before I'm out of alignment again. I mentioned this to the alignment tech who did the service, and he said he didn't know how to do that and that it would take an "alignment specialist" to get everything in the green. Well sorry, I thought you guys WERE the alignment specialist and I thought that was what I was paying for . . . for you to get it perfect. Update: spoke to manager. They did offer to make it right. Updated the star rating.”

“Went in without an appointment but was taken care of pretty quickly given there were 5 cars ahead of me. In and out in about an hour. If you are going to visit this location, I’d highly suggest an appointment. I got lucky given how busy they get sometimes. Also shoot your shot on the weekdays as they are typically lower wait times. Staff were friendly and down to the point as well. Great work.”
