“If you want to waste your time AND NOT get your car serviced, this is the place for you! I had an appointment at 11am today to get all four of my tires aligned. My boyfriend showed up on time, dropped off my car, and was told it would be approximately a 2-3 hour wait. No big deal. He stayed in the area and went to the nearby Target to pass the time. Around 2:30pm he calls the shop for an update and is told that unfortunately they had not started the service on my car. Three and a half hours gone to waste. If my boyfriend had not called for an update, he probably would have been left waiting another few hours. The cherry on top was when my boyfriend (who was reasonably upset) picked up my vehicle and was told, “you’ll bring back the car tomorrow, right?” I’m very disappointed as this location does not meet their commitment when it comes to a timely service. I understand the holidays are a busy time for everyone, but this shop should not be scheduling appointments that they cannot fulfill. We will not be returning and do not recommend this location to anyone.”

“I could not believe today. We were looking for a radiator for my son’s 07 Malibu with fan and shroud. We unbolted it and took it to the front office and for the used radiator that was a little banged up and the broken shroud they quoted me $165.00. I said no and went home and ordered all new parts for $195.00. It is no longer worth it to buy the used parts when they charge almost as much as new.”
