“A Houston institution—been here more than 60 years and this location 20 years +, yet looks brand new still. Just as much HD paraphernalia as bikes. Probably the most HD accessories that I’ve ever seen at a dealership. Seems like they’re local HOG chapter is really involved in the community. It’s nice to see such an active group and a good relationship with dealership. We walked in and immediately met with a sales associate who answered all our questions and checked in with us throughout our visit, yet gave us plenty time to roam and check things out on our own. Plenty of new and previously owned inventory.”

From the front office to the owner, if you want authentic care with exceptional communication this is your place. Yolanda (front office) is bright, knowledgeable and lovely. I was kept up to date with my car status with text messages (love it). I was sent a link to examine what the techs found (love it). Since I was a new customer Yolanda called me to explain their process of sending a link to opt in or out of what the technician suggested for maintenance and repair (LOVE it!). There's no awkward conversation about what I didn't want done at the time, though if you call to discuss they'd give you the time and attention. When the car was done I got a text and was able to pick it up the same day. I highly recommend YHS.”

I was out by 3:45pm. I’m very impressed with the service, and the price of tires. I was being quoted for the same tires $200 more at Discount Tire. I would strongly recommend this place. “Total scam, and nepotism at it's s finest. I spent thousands of dollars on new tires and a lowering kit, The tires were never balanced and the shackles were not only used and wrong, but installed backward which messed up my ride as well as the new tires. And when I asked for the problem to be fixed and or refunded... Silence. From my understanding owner of the property has his son running it now, so the old school customer satisfaction is gone and lack of integrity is embarrassing.”

“This place is really something else. Whoever is repair cracked rims is not certified. I took it there for rim repair four times. First two was a new crack. The third time was a crack that was already repaired and they said it was not not their fault. Not very good customer service. Then they made me pay to fix the weld they were supposed to fix right the first time. Now I have ever crack on each weld the fixed for the leak on the rim don’t believe they should fix like who does that. I have a has other rim repair and never has a fixed r crack again where it was fixed.🤬”
