You’ll meet wonderful animals around there “Bicounia” but before to get there you have to know : - if you don’t have a 4x4 please just take a lift with the guides at the tourism office they are really kind and tell you a lot about the place(6.000$ pesos p.p) + 200 pesos p.p for the entrance . - you can go by yourself but be aware the road are not easy and you could break your renting car. - you’ll get to 4000m of altitude and there you’ll need a sweet or warm clothes to be comfortable. - at 3pm start to be very windy at this times so preferably go in the morning 🥰 - For drone Flyers check the wind which in altitude is higher . . Enjoy the beautifuf view !”

“This ranch is absolutely beautiful - off the beaten track but that makes it all the more authentic. Loved the pack of dogs running around and there were obviously a lot of horses. We had a very large room with a woodburner which I'm sure would be lovely in winter. The staff are super attentive and accommodating, even with limited English. We enjoyed 2 horse rides a day (they will take you out separately if you are experienced and ask nicely). The lunch each day was a BBQ feast and the entertainment also very good. The only negative is the mosquitos and horse flies, if you are liable to get bitten I suggest you bring the strongest repellent you can get and cover up!”

“Great tour agency. Very friendly and thoughtful. We bought a tour for El Calafate with them. They were a third party provider, and the tour’s cancellation policy was in the fine print after ordering (7-day notice). They could not help with cancellation but assisted in downgrading the tour and met us in person on a Sunday morning (Christmas Eve) to refund the difference in pesos. Really appreciate the folks here and all the support! The pricing was also equivalent to booking directly with the provider online, with the addition of their in-country support via Whatsapp.”

“I have definitely learnt my lesson. If you are going for terrible service, then chose this business. First I get notifications they are picking us up at 9am in our apartment. Then I get another notification that the pick up location has changed and we are meeting in the city centre, altho a little annoyed, I appreciated the notifications, that's where it stopped. We meet at 9am no more comminications after this. People waiting are also getting impatient. I'm a very easy person, however, but if you don't communicate with me I am going to get impatient. Bus arrived at 10am and we could have eaten breakfast by now. Do yourself a favor, pay a little more and get the best experience ever.”

“It just takes over an hour to escape the magnetic charms of Buenos Aires (and it’s traffic jams) to escape to the famous Pampas. Estancia Santa Susana is a good choice for the day at a ranch... with some doubts first if it is worth it we all (7 of us) all enjoyed the tour. Extremely friendly staff working hard to feed and entertain the flocks of tourists but at the end of the day to money you leave there is to support the local community. Very good Asado which is not just a barbecue and along with being the national tradition it is also the source of the national pride. Excellent show with high level performance including awesome boleadoras dance... and yes gauchos are real”

“I can't really say anything wrong about this place although it can be a pain to get to, we went for the plane instead of a 8 hour journey. Other than that the location is lovely plenty of wildlife and picture opportunities. The staff are very informative and knowledge and were able to answer all our questions about the wet lands as well as being very friendly. The kitchen staff also catered to me being vegaterian so that was no problem and our waitress was very lovely. The rooms are very spacious are contain nice wooden furniture to give it the rustic effect and the grounds where we stayed are lush and full of greenery. You shouldn't be boarded for long as they plan two activities for you one in the morning and afternoon which take up most of the day. Overall it was a very pleasant and lovely experience and would highly recommend due to its warm and homely nature or the staff and the fact that there where only about 15 other people. Definitely worth the price and you won't experience this anywhere else.”

“Our guide was lovely! Our tour was very intimate, only one other couple with us. FYI you will need a car to visit, you can’t just be dropped off because you’ll need to follow the guide by car to two of the vineyards on the property. Because it is so large it’s not walkable from the office. Most of the wines you’ll taste are exported to the US so if you like them a lot of them will be available there as well.”

“Soledad had a negative / fighting attitude that made for a bad experience at the agency. Soledad was not our agent. Our agent was the girl that shares the office with Soledad. Our agent was welcoming, calm, helpful, and she was looking up flights for us. We asked our agent to look up the route with another airline (which we knew would be cheaper, based on an online search we did before coming). Our agent was helpful, and did indeed find a better + cheaper flight on the airline we suggested. Even though Soledad was not our agent, she interrupted our conversation with our agent, with a confrontational attitude, blaming us for asking for more flight options / prices with other airlines. The interaction was unprofessional, tense, and out of place, as she was not even our agent. Looking at prior Google reviews from the last few days, I see more mention of negative interactions with Soledad. I hope Soledad can become more pleasant and professional, for the sake of the agency, her colleagues, and the customers!”
