“I used Abangbenerin two times. 1st on 27-July 2021 it was for cleaning routine and the result was super good. 2nd on 30-Dec 2021 to clean it again and it did not make my AC blow cold air,. I was disappointed & asked Abangbenerin to send their technician again which they did came again on 14-Jan 2022 to check. However, this 3rd the technician was super unprofessional that he managed to break the compressor. Then, he said that freon was needed to be refilled. I agreed & they invoiced me for it. However, AC still not blow cold air. I insisted that AC still broken but the technician also insisted that it was cold already. FYI, my AC now only blow dry air after Abangbenerin came (previously it was not that cold but now is broken at all), As per now, i am complaining and do not want to pay their invoice unless they want to help to repair the AC.”
