“THIEVES! Stealing from an old lady. DO NOT COME HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES THEY ARE LIARS AND DISHONEST THIEVES. My grandmother booked in for an oil and filter change. She provided her own filter and oil and was told it would cost approximately $135. When the job was completed they charged her over $200 which included charging her for a new filter and 5Ls of oil. When we rang them to discuss our displeasure with this situation the staff where rude and unprofessional. The man and women we spoke to were both rude, aggressive and abnoxious. They spoke over the top of us and provided no solution to the problem other than to come back and pick up her oil and filter which they originanly denied ever knowing about. The story changed multiple times during the conversation as to why this situation and how the breakdown of communication occurred. None being truthful. They denied any wrong doing but also stated that that she could come back and collect her oil and filter that they stole. The filter and oil are gone from the car and the empty oil bottle was put back in the boot. Meaning they used her oil and charged for it too. They have refused to refund my grandmother for the incorrect charges and have now left her completely broke. I hope you mother and father are ripped off and treated like dirt by the community just like you've done to mine. Disgusting”
