“After calling multiple people on the sunny coast I gave arrow towbars a call to have a towbar fitted to my 2015 Subaru outback. From the moment I called I was confident I was in good hands with friendly customer service offering lots of options. I live on the sunny coast and it was still more economical for me to drive down to Brisbane to have arrow towbars fit the towbar. Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff and waited in the waiting room where office staff made me a cup of coffee and gave me some biscuits. The service staff me lots of Highly recommend and would certainly use these guys again for future services 🤙🏾.”

“I sent a photo on an email to Southside Mowers and they responded at 4am in the morning saying they could help, it was over a missing screw for a cover on my Honda Snipper! I walked in and the man smiled and asked how he could help. Handed me the screw and said it’s an early Christmas present. What amazing service this was, thank you so much and you’ve just found a new loyal customer, I’ll be back to do my servicing of my gear moving forward.”

She was so helpful on our drop in visit and her knowledge and attention to detail was sensational. I’ll miss our emails. Casey’s handover was fantastic (I did run away when she was explaining the toilet so only hubby knows how to do that). The van is better than we could have imagined. Thank-you so much for an amazing experience with our first van. It towed beautifully on our 600km trip home barely knew it was there. We cannot wait for our next chapter of holidays to begin.
