“I went to the website and was able to save a place in line before I left my house. The site also informed me that there was currently a 7 minute wait. During my drive, I got a notification that I was next in line and I was able to ask to extend my wait and let the next person go. As soon as I walked in the door, I heard the woman calling my name. It was the best experience I've ever had with a motor vehicle agency. The woman was very nice and took care of my issue quickly. My advice is to make an appointment or use the "save my place in line option. I didn't have to wait at all.”

“Blown away by how horrible this place was to me. They originally told me my car window regulator would be fixed in 4 hrs, however that turned into a week later because they dropped my window. The first time I came to the store to pick it up, they told me to come by and it wasn’t ready. So they wasted about 30 minutes of my time driving there and back. Then, when they dropped the car off to me while I was at work, I come back to a scratched up, dirty, unmatched tinted window… I then had to bring it back and waste more of my time. No apology or discount was given what so ever when I got the keys back finally 7 days later. Here’s some pictures of the great job they did.”

“Liked the driver and the cost. But next time I will be suggesting what route to take. Also, make sure that you give very clear directions to the driver. The operator knew my exact destination but the driver was mistaken. They didn't go the wrong direction but they did go a slightly longer route. Made me feel like it was my fault so I didn't feel comfortable with debating the price. But overall I will use again.”

Jimmy was so kind and helpful. He put me at ease and told me he will have my car fixed immediately. I would have fixed this problem a while ago if I knew it was so serious but because the other repair shop didn't mention it was very time sensitive I almost paid the consequences. “DO NOT use this Enterprise!! Similar to other reviews, this location has terrible customer service and a confirmation/ reservation of a vehicle does not mean that they will indeed have the vehicle. The worst part is that they will not call you to tell you that they do not have the vehicle. I showed up to pick up my reserved vehicle, only to find out that they did not have one available. After a long conversation with the flippant team member there, he confirmed that they cannot help in anyway. What terrible business practices with even worse customer service. Don’t waste your time making a reservation and messing up your summer vacations. There are much better companies to rent from!”

“I bought a used Chevy and wanted to update the wheels, tires, and get a level lift in the front. I called around for some information and estimates but trying to figure out what size wheels/tires etc., is not an easy task. We heard from a friend to go see Chris at Mazzarella’s. We went to the shop and everyone is so welcoming and nice. We met Chris he explained everything in terms we could understand. Chris even explained the offset of the wheels (it was not clear before). He showed us wheels and tires that would fit and please my expectations of the aesthetics. There were many different wheels and brands to choose from. I chose Rough Country they look good and are about half the price of Fuel. We purchased our wheels, tires and lift from Chris. All was very reasonably priced. I expected to pay a lot more. Mazzarella’s did an awesome job! We took our truck back the following week to have a ranch bar attached! I couldn’t be happier with the look of our truck! I recommend for any vehicle service you need, whether it is improving the appearance, or getting something fixed this is the place to go. Chris and staff are so nice, and HONEST. That’s hard to find these days. We just had our AC compressor replaced on another vehicle and took our car to Mazzarella’s. Again, another outstanding job! Thanks so much Chris and team, we appreciate y’all!”

“Where do I start? Called them ( spoke to Doug) and got a price for battery on my car. Actually gave him exactly what I needed. Decent price Showed up that afternoon. Gave me same price but other advisor next to him ( Jason) said that Doug was wrong on installation price. Even though Doug asked me if battery was in trunk/under rear seat or in the engine. It’s in engine. But still Jason said there wasn’t a $1 charge as Doug told me but a $150 charge cause they had to REGISTER battery with the car. Ok. What to do? I had them do it. Then car is promptly in shop, and 20 minutes later, they come out to tell me the exact battery I need cost an extra $60 bucks. WOW. ( I showed Jason the picture and model of battery I had showed Doug. Yes I had correct batter, but Doug wrote down wrong one. Again what to do? Car is in shop. Ok from original price on phone of $220 plus a shop fee to $461 later. Unreal . I told Jason I was very disappointed. He took my copy and showed his boss. All I got was SORRY THEN I get home and looked at job they did. THE VAPOR HOSE that gets plugged into battery was NOT connected. SHOULD I BE NOW EVEN MORE UPSET? I am totally disgusted and disappointed. I tried calling Jason but he’s off.”
