“About 6 months ago I bought a vehicle and it took another service manager to take care of this problem . The key fob they gave me with the vehicle was not the right one. So It had problems unlocking and starting the car. So James the new manager was great He listened to what had been happening and told me to give him a few days , now the car will even start with the key fob. No more problems waiting 5 minutes to get in your vehicle. James you are a great manager like they should be understanding, listening, explaining and taking care of the problem. Also Joe at the service desk I think is new but things are looking better for him now that James is there. Keep up the great service guys.”

“Absolutely outstanding service! Tom and Joe in service are great. Had a 2022 MV607 Tow Truck have some emission issues. Came in at 330pm. They immediately diagnosed it and luckily for me it was covered under warranty. Dropped it off 7am next morning. They said they might be able to get it done by the EOD. It was done by 11am. I appreciate it so much guys!”

“I rented a Nissan Murano at the New Circle Rd Location for 2 days. I never write reviews but I felt like in my case I needed to. I was helped though everything with agent Bailey Harmon. A kind, understanding so helpful young lady with one of the best attitudes ever! I even got a ride home after dropping off the Nissan. I would definitely go there again for my rental needs . Service like this is very hard to find in this day and time . Thank you so much !”

“I was taking Scouts to Sea Base and needed a van. After searching for several days, I was surprised that they were so hard to get. I went to this Enterprise around the corner from my office and asked if they had anything available. He said they didn't, but took down my name and number and he'd let me know. I found one online with Avis and reserved it before looking at their reviews, just happy I could get one. After looking at this Avis' reviews, I was dreading it. Even recent reviews were dismal at best. I got a call two hours before I was going to pick it up from Enterprise asking if I still wanted the van. I hadn't gotten a call that one was available, but I was so excited that I checked my cancelation policy on the other rental and went with Enterprise even though I had a $150 cancelation fee. When we went to pick it up it was a five star experience. The person who checked us out made it quick, easy, and stress free. My only complaint is that it cost me $150 since they didn't let me know sooner.”
