“I've been coming here for years. And the way disabled people are treated is wrong. They don't do maintenance on golf carts to accommodate us. Also handicap parking is used by employees and others Management and police do nothing. I'll never go back and I know of at least 30 others also. It's sad to see this place has run in the ground like it has. I pray Management or corporate can step in. Please fix this problem. Thank you”

“Was so excited to get my 1st New Tesla MYP today to only find that it has already taken alot of damage prior to car delivery 😒 I was there 30 minutes early and no customers were in the building and was never told to sign in or anything once 2pm hits there are now telling me there is a line to pickup your car. I had to wait almost another hour standing after appointment time which was difficult as a handicap person after just driving over hour in the car. Also, I saw my car on arrival & was already shocked they would think this is even acceptable on delivery day of a Brand New vehicle. Instead of contacting me to notify me of the damages prior to delivery date they did honestly the worst paint touch up imaginable which looks to be White-Out for paper. This experience not only ruined my faith in the car brand but also the Tesla delivery centers. I drove 1hr 1/2 away after a 4 day delay in delivery and now possibly losing my $250 order fee due to all the damages & not accepting the car delivery is not the right way to do business. Also people were just opening up peoples paid cars and looking inside them which should not be happening before the owners get to see their own vehicle please lock the cars prior to owner arrival. After all this waiting and literally spending my entire day to go home empty handed was not how I expected my delivery date to go. Do better 👎”

“I recently scheduled an appointment for oil/filter change and tire rotation for Friday, Nov.3rd at 4:00 pm. Yesterday (Friday, October 27th, ) I thought that I was LATE for my 4 pm appointment. Service Advisor; Wendy Wallace assured me that I was not late, but just a WEEK early!!! I was going to come back, but Wendy insisted that they would work me in quickly. 30 minutes later, I was driving away. I always leave happy and satisfied. You have to do a certain amount of miles or they will get on you…just because it says home weekly don’t mean your home every Friday. I’ve done short haul….otr…and local. Each have pros a con. Pay is the overall con because why put your life on the line for less than 1k a week and the only way to make over 1k is staying out and when your truck is governed at 67mph ain’t much you can do. Epes was bought out by Penske so it’s no longer Epes. If you don’t have that many bills or your retired this is a place for you”

“I took a ride from the airport To my home in Wake Forest today and the taxi driver fully passed two exits, and took me the long way around Cost me an extra 15 minutes and I don’t know how many extra miles but that’s not the point. He was dishonest. And he said he was just taking me the way the GPS told him to take me. I was distracted with work on my phone, and he took advantage of me. And now I’m trying to call taxi taxi and talk to a manager and they won’t return my call. His taxi number was 3281. When you ride with these guys, you better watch them. And if you don’t know where you’re going, some will absolutely take advantage of you I knew where I was going, but I was distracted. This dishonest driver stole a little money from me, but he also stole my time. Next time I go to the airport I’ll definitely make different arrangements. This guy was a bald face liar. I know my way around and I watched him pass by the second exit and I told him this is my exit He laughed and said no, no no GPS told me to go this way And he took me way out of the way by taking the next exit”
