“Initally bought a battery from them. Took the battery home and installed it in my motorcycle which didn't work. Tested the battery and it was dead. Drove back and the person working at the parts counter tested it in front of me and stated it wouldn't hold a load and it was bad. Was then told that I needed to leave my contact information so they could test it again. Got a call the next day that the battery was now "questionable" which is a joke. Was told that I could wait a week for them to exact swap the battery or pay $12 for an upgrade. Asked them if they could comp me the $12 seeing as though I had to drive out a 3rd time for their mistake which is an hour round trip for me, they refused to do that. All in all just a sketchy place, proceed with caution.”

“Very disappointed. Bought a Wolf Scooter and it was missing a part. Was told they would order it and it would be ready the following week. Went in late Thursday and they informed me they are backed up in the shop and it would be ready Friday afternoon. Went in a noon to sign papers and bike wasn’t finished yet. Asked me to come back at two. Called me shortly after and said it needed a new tire. That is would take a week longer. Not just One promise broken not just two promises broken, but three promises broken. Btw when I went into the dealership. The bike hadn’t been touched it was in the same spot as when I bought it. To make matters worse they offered me a killer deal on a new scooter. After doing the math it worked out to be higher than the price would normally be. Be careful with this place. On the positive side they did refund my money after two phone calls. You response to my review of “ Sorry you didn’t meet my expectations”. Is insulting to me. My expectations was to be treated with respect and honesty. I’m sorry you couldn’t meet them too. Your response says a lot about your business practice And understanding of honesty and integrity. after a horrible experience why would you ever think you would deserve another chance.”

I was lied to about location and price and payment options. It cost me $80 more plus 3 seperate Uber rides. Do NOT give these people your business. They should be shut down”

“Go to shipping door 6 .when they said door is a 8 feet by 36 inch door .(not docking door ) Inside people are very friendly. Now the man moving trailer on the yard is different history. He is not friendly. I believe he wants you stay waiting for room. For hours. ...Not overnight parking . Don't wait for any one to open right entry gate .go to shipping. And if need to go inside just go . Hope this driver yard never get in trouble. People don't tolerate actitud any in this country.”
