“I rented a Jeep Compass from Enterprise. I drove to work and went to leave to go to my next work location at 3:15pm, and the car wouldn’t start. Check engine light is on. I called Enterprise and they transferred me to a towing service. I was told by Enterprise that I had to remain by the vehicle until the tow truck arrived or else it would be considered an abandoned vehicle. Here it is 5:45 and I’m still waiting on their tow truck. I was just informed that it would still be at least another 40 minute wait. This is ridiculous. Never again will I rent from Enterprise. I would give zero stars but Google made me give them at least one star to write my review.”
