From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a warm, genuine and welcoming feeling. It's a great experience. The boat selection is the largest I've ever seen and their sales people are courteous, attentive and honest. When they say "Don't buy a boat 'till you get a Buck's quote" they are telling the truth!! They also have the most impressive tournament tackle store I have seen in my life. Huge selection of Crappie gear too. They are also a state leader in fishing kayak sales!! They have two huge sections of their massive campus dedicated solely to putting you in the best possible Kayak. I can't say enough good things about this place. Above all, it's the people, the price and the place. I love Buck's Island. 5/5 stars.”

“I received excellent service from L.A. in the office. She was so helpful as I had to go remove my mom's items out of her car after a car accident. I showed her the necessary documents that was required and she gave me a piece of mind on what to expect on the next steps. When I went to my mom's car, I had to ask someone to jump start or help me get the car on,so I can access the trunk and Kenny was happy to help and also help remove the tag from my mom car as I didn't have a tool to remove the tag. L.A. AND KENNY THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM AND PROVIDING GREAT SERVICE. I know some tow companies have bad reputation depending on certain situations but I am happy to have a pleasant interaction with L.A and Kenny.”
