“This place doesn’t even deserve that star. The reps are extremely disrespectful and have no customer service skills. The manager “Glenn” also is no better, he engaged in a “group text” with his rep while assisting me and when brought to attention that I was not happy with him texting and not acknowledging my concerns, he said “we are talking about an upcoming event” ummmm huh? Let me just add I have been dealing with my issue since October 28,2023 with this store and reps. I just have to say this I am 100% unsatisfied of customer service & the fact that the reps or even the “manager” we’re not knowledgeable of the product that was sold to me to maximize my business. I do not recommend this store 1. Poor customer service 2. Staff is not trained properly 3. They are a “3rd party dealer/franchise” their prices aren’t even true Verizon prices or they are “CELLULAR SALES” Go to a corporate store! Also avoid Verizon store in Mustang Oklahoma owned & operated by same “owner”. Then when I told manager that I would be posting a review he tried to bribe me with store credits or free accessories 🙄”

“Bad experience. My daughter's birthday necklaces, somehow, got lost in inventory. Not enough compassion or empathy for customers already dealing with total loss situations or near death experiences from car wrecks. Some employees here may need, a bit, of empathy training. Lots of misinformation between employees for this company. My car looks worse than after the wreck when I got it back. I wasn't even able to view my car or drive it forward or back at their lot to see if I needed it towed or not. It was so obvious that it wasn't driveable by just looking at it. They forgot my tag and other personal items and I had to use gas, time, and energy to drive all the way back to retrieve these items. I was told they don't reimburse for gas, even though it was their mistake of leaving these items out. Overall, just not a good experience. #mymentalhealthmatters #blackmentalhealthmatters”
