“Never have I felt worse about a car rental experience in my life. I called the phone number on google listing to make sure they had cars available and made a reservation. The representative said they did. While I was just arriving I got a missed call- they were going to let me know there was nothing available. Ok fair enough. Try to think of it from your customers point of view. At this point I am frustrated because I already had to drag 2 children out on a shuttle to get here. I was asking about why they would make reservations if nothing was available… the manager I assume (older man) got nasty real quick. They then proceeded to ignore me and do absolutely nothing to help in the situation. No help trying to help me find a ride or anything. I had to stand out by the overflowing trash can outside in tears with my children to try to find some way home.”
