“I recently visited Pan-In-The-Box shop and was pleasantly surprised by the great selection of costumes and props they had available. Although the shop was small, they managed to fit a wide variety of options for both kids and adults. One thing to note is that there was a bit of a queue when I visited, which is understandable considering it was close to Halloween. However, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, which made the wait more bearable. What impressed me the most was how the staff interacted with the kids. They were patient and took the time to help them find the perfect props they were looking for. It really made the shopping experience enjoyable for both the kids and their parents. Overall, I would highly recommend this Halloween shop for anyone looking for a great selection of costumes and props. The friendly and helpful staff made the visit even more enjoyable. Just be prepared for a potential wait during peak times.”

The instructors are patient and encouraging, fostering confidence in the boys. A big thank you for this fantastic opportunity and for imparting them the right techniques and skills.”

“Bought a brand new in sealed box item from them, went back home open up and found the screws are all rusty on the item. I feed back to them and I did not even ask for refund or exchange. They became very defensive and just say that it's a very old item, did not even apologise or empathise with the collector. Really bad service.”

“Unbelievable pricing. I spent $120 on 2 kids for a mere 4 hours. I overstayed for 1 hour; it is stated at the counter that hourly charges apply. I'm happy to pay the prorated hourly fee of $15.40 ($38.50/2.5h) for each child. However, I was charged half of the 2.5h package which is almost $40 additional for both children. That's not what "hourly charges apply" mean, isn't it? Such dishonest choice for wording. Definitely my last time here. I'm better off at Kidztopia actually.”
