“Posting on behalf of my very pleased wife: Our family was on a holiday in Mallorca this summer. We purchased a doll from Curolletes with Gary’s help on the phone. We don’t speak Spanish so we had to use Google translator requesting a specific doll. Gary was patient and held the doll for us pick up at the store. When we returned home to the states, our other granddaughter wanted the same doll as well. We contacted Curolletes, and Sandra was able to ship two additional dolls, however, it’s not that simple. They have never shipped anything overseas, and it was quite difficult since the dolls were stopped by the customs for inspection and with many questions. When I received the dolls, unfortunately, one of the dolls wasn’t the one I had requested. I was hesitant to email her of the error because Sandra has spent so much time with me emailing and trying to ship the dolls internationally. This process has taken over a month! I wasn’t expecting a reply from Sandra; she said it was their mistake and would ship the doll I requested at no charge. This was an exceptional customer service, and the best service I’ve ever received! Sandra could have ignored my email and forgotten about it. When we return to Mallorca, we’ll definitely stop at Curolletes to thank her. Curolletes have wonderful products for children and parents: toys, dolls, educational items, books, clothes, etc. and more items on the website. I believe they are a family run business and the attention and care they give their customers is further evidence of their commitment to families and children.”
