They have a great collection of games, some rare, some hard to find, the prices are fair and they offer a layaway plan. I found a few games that I want and will go back to get them. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they will ask you to read the store policy, I recommend you read the return policy. I went back the same day a few hours later and bought a game I regretted not buying the first time around.”

“"Steve is a GREAT employee!" I had the pleasure of visiting Target last night, and I must share my exceptional customer service experience. As I am in the process of moving from Whittier, I was on the lookout for free boxes to assist with my move. Upon arriving at Target, I headed to the returns and pickup section. There, I met a gentleman named "Steve" who completely impressed me with his demeanor and willingness to assist. When I inquired about the availability of free boxes, he immediately sprang into action. Despite having no direct responsibility towards my query, he generously offered to help. He asked me to wait for five minutes and proceeded to a distant part of the store. To my surprise and delight, he returned after a short while with three boxes. I was truly touched by his willingness to go the extra mile, even though I was NOT a customer. Steve's actions made a significant impact on my experience at Target, and I am genuinely grateful for his exceptional service. “Had fun searching the shelves initially, then decided to ask the associate working for a few specific games. He seemed so uninterested in helping me, it was laughable. Between any questions, he’d turn around and continue to play video games on a screen. Then when my requests became more frequent, he switched to a handheld (PSP if I remember correctly) so he didn’t have to keep turning around. It’s a bummer, I collect all variants of a specific title for all consoles, and I had to ask if the computer he was using had an option to search instead of him answering “umm, I’m not sure if we have that now” Luckily, they did have some things I wanted. His response was “yeah you’re just gonna have to find them” and proceeded to play video games. The store was empty at this time! Bummer, not too many instances where I can truly say a business lost out on my business outside of that day. My wife and I laughed it off and left. Cool store, but customer service was horrid. I’ll try back in a year or so.”

I found them by Google maps search...But when I called Serge, he was super friendly and said... He did not have my collectible In stock, but had a sale in progress of acquiring it!! He took my number and said he would call me before he even put it for sale!!! Only a couple days past and he text me right away!!! So here's the great part, I couldn't make it in for 2 days because my car was at the dealership, an he held it for me!?!? Now if that is not great service and just a kind human, then I don't know what is! I appreciate meeting people like this, that are just good people...Thank you again Serge!!!”
