“High prices, but top quality toys that the kids ADORE. They know each doll's name and back story. The whole experience was thrilling for them. We had their "old" dolls hair redone and ate a very nice lunch. Even the 18 month fell in love with her loaner Bitty Baby and fed it from her plate. Our picky eaters ate well and the 3 grownups were happy with our meals and service as well.”

“Weird experience. This place feels extremely corporate -- a shell of what it once was. Difficult to find just a teddy bear with standard clothes for my daughter... Everything is "themed" to the max with corporate sponsors. Weird political shirts for bears. Then the bear tore open the night we got home. Staff were nice, but -- no offense to them, there was one individual that was very strange. Not creepy, but very off putting. It's sad -- this place used to be special for kids -- Now it feels like a sad corporate commercial for adults that never grew up.”
