“Started off the New Year with a new hike, and wow, are we glad we checked this out! Trail is mostly flat. Parked at Sand Siding Parking lot. Took the trail to the left and followed to bridge which we crossed. Continued down trail until it T bones and made a left. Followed trail down until came to cabin on the right.”

“It is fun if you follow the rules and jump with your age group or people with similar weights. It is fantastic when there aren’t a lot of people and safety is guaranteed; however, when kids and adults are all running in all directions and do not follow the rules, accident could happen. We have heard at least two instances of broken bones. So we try to watch extremely closely and only go with birthday parties with very limited time. It is fun when there are a handful of your friends around. Avoid when they are crowded. When you sign the waiver, you are giving an OK to broken bones already.”

“This Gym is one of the best gyms I've ever been a member of. I like the intimate setting, very friendly staff, great communication. They always have something going on offering a variety of classes, current on their social media keeping their followers updated on what special events they are hosting and it feels like a family environment. I like that my home gym at Wyo west has a woman's only area where I can work out in private setting and with less distractions. They also work with local businesses to bring their members the b great deals and services that can benefit the members. Love this gym!”

“I own and operate a small TKD studio. I was approached by this highly unprofessional establishment to donate a prize for their raffle. Even though I was unable to attend and benefit myself I still donated 1 year of free lessons. Since the drawing I have inquired 10 seperate times to be informed of winner so can reach out to them. Despite 10 assurances I would be contacted I never was. Unprofessional!”

“This place used to be good, until they stopped with repairs on their equipment. 4 of 6 Stairmasters have been broken for months. Elliptical machines are broken. Pads on equipment torn or worn through. You have to cancel through a call center in India. And they bill you for another month. UPDATE-"Owner", please contact me directly. Do not send me to your manager. I have already talked to him, and he offered no resolution.”
