“Been here a few times over the last month. EVERY time I’ve went the customer service has been TERRIBLE. First time I sat there for over 20 min JUST to purchase ammo while the staff was joking around amongst each other. The second time I was coming in to fill out paperwork for an online order. Once again I sat around patiently because staff was assisting other customers. Meanwhile I saw a guy sitting on the computer look up at me twice but never got up to help. After 30 minutes one of the employees asked if I needed help while still assisting another customer. When I told her yes, she said apologized and said that she would get someone. Lo and behold she told the SAME guy that made eye contact with me TWICE that I needed assistance and he got up and came right over. The LAST time I went up there, it was to pickup my online purchase after my background check which NO ONE called to notify me of. When I got there 2 customers were in the store with 4 employees helping them. Or at least I thought. Come to find out only one guy was making a purchase while the other one, along with the three other employees were chatting it up about past experiences. I get it…. Store’s empty so there’s time to sit around and chat. No way on EARTH Should that be happening while myself as well as another waiting customer are waiting (that magic number again) 20 minutes for assistance. The guy waiting with me had enough and said he’d just go somewhere else and I wished I COULD have. It took the same lady that got me help a couple days earlier, to come from the back and FINALLY get the ball rolling on getting me outta there. Will NEVER visit this location again.”

“So many fun climbing walls and obstacles. Great for older kids and parents too! Elementary school and middle school age kids will love this. There is an auto belay system attached to each climbing station. You are on your own to clip in and out. Some of the clips are a little tricky. It's best to stay with your kids to help with the clips. Kids climb for $20 for 1 hour and parents that want to climb pay $10. The staff fits you into a harness that you wear for the duration of your climb. It's an extra $3 per person if you want to do the slide. Included: about 30 climbing stations, an overhead obstacle course, a tunnel cave and a soft climbing play area. Wear gym shoes and athletic clothes. No jewelry, Make a reservation in advance!”

“Julian helped me find new shoes because my feet were very achy. He dedicated a full hour and helped me try on Atleast 10 pairs of shoes/sizes. He truly is a blessing because of his patience and dedication to the customer. Thank you! Pros: Julian A+ employee, music in the store, atmosphere is nice and non judgmental. Cons: pricey but I got what I paid for and am happy”

“Defined is an awesome gym with awesome coaches and awesome people. I started my CrossFit journey with Defined and am now feeling and performing better than ever. The coaches are all different in wonderful ways so there's is something for everyone all the time. The beats are great and varied. They don't stick to 1 genre, they shake it up. The programming is great for beginners and there are avenues to turn it up to 11 for everyone looking to push themselves. Highly, highly, recommend. Don't be shy! Get in there!”

“I tried to sign up as a new member tonight at 9:00. The staff member that greeted me was rude. She immediately mentioned that they close in 1 hour and asked if i was sure i wanted to workout. She made me feel like i was a nuisance to her. I felt so "unwelcomed" that i left. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. I just wanted to workout & left feeling unwanted. It was a terrible experience & i will NEVER return to this location. Do NOT recommend.”
