“I've had an in-person membership since Nov. I come for the bootcamp a few times a week and occasionally spin on Saturdays. The best parts of this gym is the music, the staff (especially the trainers) and the community. The music is bumpin every single time. The trainers are serious about making you work in all the best ways. ALL the staff are friendly and encouraging. I have never witnessed or experienced a moment of bad customer service, which is notable given how many people come through this gym every day. When I walk in the door I know I'm going to have fun and work really hard, or as they say "get fed". I truly feel like I'm taking a fitness journey alongside like-minded people. 4 stars because a $100+ monthly membership fee is a bit high compared to other gyms, especially given that the EFFECT facilities are Basic basic (no childcare, showers, lockers, towels, and just an open room to change in). BUT, the community and type of workout you get are special. You can't find this anywhere else. I love it here. Highly recommend!”

“I went to the Glute Camp Class and it was amazing. This was my first time coming here and I didn't leave disappointed at all. I had an amazing workout and I was so drenched with sweat. The energy was unmatched and the DJ was great. Not to mention the gym is just a whole vibe. And at the end of class I stopped and grabbed me a smoothie at their smoothie bar. They also sale fresh juices, sea moss and wraps to. Oh and a side note one of the owners has her own fitness clothing line called The Body NV and you can get some really nice gym clothes to while you're their. Oh and I'm just going to gone ahead and drop the fact that it's black owned.🙌🏽 Now, after all that y'all just come on down and see all the hype for yourself. Thank me later cause I already know you will. 😉”
