“I love about 45 minutes away so called ahead of time to see if they had the part I needed. They verified and called me back confirming it was in stock. I got a ride all the way there since my car is down waiting on this part. Once I arrive they charge my card $80+ and then can’t find the part. I was desperate for this part so asked if there was a way I could get my money back then vs waiting the 3-5 days for it to show back up on my card so I could go down the street to olive rd and get one. Nope. So ask if they can just call and pay the other place and not refund me that way I can get the part while I’m out here. Nope. The lady tells me she will just void my order so after they close that day it will just go right back on my card. Wasn’t the answer I wanted but what else could I do. Here we are a few days later and I STILL don’t have the money back on my card, and I STILL don’t have a running car. My kids have missed sports, open house for school, and fun activities their last weekend before school starts because of this experience. Would NEVER recommend this place!!! Edited to add its now Tuesday the 22nd and I STILL don’t have that money back that I was told would be back on my card that same evening!!!”

“I would recommend everyone find a different transmission shop. This place does very dirty work and will go out of their way to make a customer buy unneeded repairs. I watched them take clean transmission fluid out of a car and put metal shavings from the bench grinder in the fluid to make the customer think their transmission is bad. They can't be trusted to fix a car right either, numerous vehicles had to have the transmission pulled multiple times and rebuilt multiple times before they could get it right. I recommend pretty much any other transmission rebuilder cause you will not be happy with the work received from this company.”
