“I ordered a week before and had some issues on my end and they did a good job of responding but on the day that we needed to use the pocket wifi, there were technical issues and I was emailing them contacting and asking for help. They said to keep it on and on my end I rebooted it and tried to do all the usual to have the wifi working to no avail. Their last email was to have me keep it on while their tech team fixes it. 1,2 and now 3 days have passed and I’ve been emailing and trying to call and they aren’t responding at all (due to holidays, but their troubleshooting team should still be contactable). I am still waiting for a reply from them as we speak…”
