“Beautiful place, friendly staff, good location and good food. I can mention that they took a lot of effort to cook 100% glutenfree and even with Celiac disease, I had no problems whatsoever. Rooms are very nice and clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms are great too. Overall a nice ambience and atmosphere. Cute little doggie that walks around is a big bonus. 😁 Many (red/hard) hikes around.”

“I don't recommend this travel agency! My partner and I bought a trip to Majorca including a return flight from Vienna. We got information that our return flight was canceled, which also happens. While on vacation, I had to write several times to the lady who works in one of the offices in Vienna about our return. I was offered a flight to Salzburg, and getting to my destination, which was Vienna, I was told to arrange on my own (train or taxi) but only give me 50 € per person !! Absurd! We did not agree to it! The second alternative was to stay in Mallorca and pay € 400 for 2 extra nights! When the day before our departure, we wanted to know how we would get to our home, we were told that our flight to Salzburg had been booked for a few days, so what do we expect? (Even though we did not agree to it) The lady from the travel agency was supposed to inform us about the progress by the day before departure at 5:00 p.m., and after a few exchanges of opinions, I found out that the lady ignored us and simply went home without informing us when we would get home tomorrow. We decided that we had to come back somehow, so we went to the airport on the day of our return, 2 minutes before we returned our luggage to the original line, someone sent us a flight to Vienna. Everything would be fine if someone had informed us in advance and we would not have to pay for our luggage (because we wanted to get on the plane somehow) for which we paid when buying the entire trip! After describing the case, this lady does not reply to our e-mails, and her office also does not contact us, even though I sent them e-mails! Nobody knows who sent us the tickets and yet where did they get the data? I do not recommend it, we wanted to rest and it was a torment!”

“Rented two bikes for a self-guided week-long trip from Linz to Bratislava (backtracked to Vienna to return bikes.) Bikes were heavy but beautifully-maintained and well-suited to easy, mostly-flat Danube cycle tracks. Staff was responsive and helpful; bikes were set up and ready to go when we arrived. Didn't need the support/repair but it was comforting to know it was available. Teresa Luger was our contact person and she was excellent. Note: free parking is available in Linz on the north side of the river close to the bike path.”
