“Rob was the best tour guide, I loved all his stories and information. At the start Rob would tell us how long we would drive before the first restroom break, then advice us to buy enough food and water to last us for the day, especially enough water for the walk to the giant sequoias. Rob stopped and many spots to let us take picture perfect photos and was a willing photographer also! It was a perfect day with an exceptional guide & driver.”

“*** NEW REVIEW *** Call to find out pricing on a cruise. The lady I spoke with couldn't offer the same price as this companies own website. How is the website nearly $100.00 cheaper than what you can offer over the phone. Note to the owner - if you want to leave a follow-up at least do your self a favor and pull the call records. Customer service this time was a little better but not great - agent hung up on me, call back and then couldn't get her pricing to match your site. 3 times I have tried this company and 3 times I have had issues.”

“The staff at VisaHQ could not have been more helpful. Their communication with me was excellent and they were as supportive as they could be, however the process to acquire a visa for Brazil was impossible due to the official Brazilian agency. We never did receive our visas in spite of all the effort and time that VisaHQ put into the process. I would give Brazil and their authorities for acquiring a visa a zero on a scale of one to ten!”

“Umm down sizing the rating because had Barbados package in 2019 got cancelled due to COVID Erika Duddy did a good job at first with our Jamaican trip had a credit left so we went to Playa Mejures promised Butler and Adult Scene when we got there we got the room but on the regular side and got woken up at 3:00 am to screaming kids we expressed we didn't want this sent 2 emails and nothing about it. I hope we get reimbursed for services we did not receive”

“We arrived to a dirty condo- sand on surfaces and a dirty bathtub. The property smelled of marijuana as we would come and go. The trash was piled up in the middle of the parking lot for several days and it smelled horrible. The condo was run down and didn't look as it appeared online. I found dirty dishes and dirty silverware. I will never rent from EIR again. I drove to their office and was given some gift cards as a means to make up for the dissatisfaction. I asked if we could be relocated and was told no. DO NOT use this rental company. The lady who tried to help was kind and tried her best but in the end, we were dissatisfied with the overall experience.”

“I love using Costco travel. Never had issues except for there cash card offer. I rented a SUV in Oct. that offered a $25.00 cash card. I never received it so in Feb. I contacted them. I was told they have no record of me returning the vehicle. I contacted Budget in Ogden Utah & they confirmed I rented from 10/17-10/24. I contacted CT again but have had no response. It's like they do not believe I rented the vehicle. ————-Update———— Costco travel contacted me & was more than happy to fix the problem. Thank you so much for the friendly staff for personally calling me. Today I received the $25.00 shopping card. Update again--------- I rented a SUV again in June that offered a $30.00 cash card. It's been over 2 1/2 months & nothing. I filled out the inquiry but no response. Really frustrating.”

“I am now a loyal SVH customer. Last year we sat with Ruzan as she designed and customized the most amazing Spain vacation ever! She even made dinner reservations for us. She read our minds when it came to our specific travel needs. This year we went back to Ruzan for our 25th anniversary Italy vacation. She remembered our preferences and chose flights and hotels accrodingly. She booked our tours, train tickets, transfers etc. She made recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. It was absolute perfection as far as vacations are concerned. Next year, France? Greece? Croatia? Not sure! All I know is Ruzan will be planning it.”
