“Absolutely worth the visit! Make sure to book a tour with a (English speaking) guide, instead of going on your own. The amount of info that is told is great. Quite the exercise and takes about 3,5-4 hours. Make sure to bring enough water. They say that you can bring your dog. We brought our wiener dog which we can carry if needed. Not sure if the steep stairs are doable for bigger dogs.”

“Today we actually swam there but I saw the other review about the ban and I searched a little. It seems like they banned the yellow part of the beach shown in the picture due to pollution. It's weird that we didn't see any sign about this and some other people were swimming too. So keep this in mind if you want to visit this beach. In general it's a very nice beach with a small part that is for free. It's easy to spot the free side where you can see people (mostly locals) sitting on the sand. The water looked transparent and clean, it just gets deep very fast so be careful. Otherwise, great place to enjoy the sun.”

“Lovely place. going up the cable car, I did not expect that there would be a small town, with monuments, cafes, inhabitants and the best Italian specialties - cannoli siciliano and genovese buns. walking through the narrow streets of the city of ERICE you will see many monuments, beautiful tenement houses, chapels and churches. Interestingly, life functions normally there! People live there, go out on terraces, balconies, shops are open, they take out garbage (even when tourists go), there are chotels, Italian language is heard everywhere - like in a fish market and a lot of tourists eager to see this wonderful place. I didn't have so much time, but it's worth going there along the trail for visitors, which is in front of the entrance to the city and the ticket office. the trail leads around and through the city, where you will see the ruins of the castle, towers and other architectural monuments. For MTB and Downhill enthusiasts, I recommend the descent from ERICE to Marsala on a gravel road, which is gentle and you can easily go there on foot! I recommend visiting this place-Erice as well as the center of Marsala, because these are places worth visiting while in Sicily”

The brick walls screamed Italian villa all over the place. 😀 The agriturismo had a swimming pool. We shared it with guests from a birthday party, and we had a blast. “Such an amazing place! The service by the staff was immaculate. Need waters to your room? They’ll be knocking on your door within 20 seconds to deliver them. This was an unplanned engagement trip for me and my girlfriend. We wanted to do photos last minute and the front desk arrange a boat and photographer that took incredible photos! The lobby bar is where we did night caps every night with friends and it was very homey, especially with the Christmas decorations. The restaurant was unreal! If you’re looking for a very basic rustic Italian meal, you won’t find it here. If you’re looking for a gastronomic experience, look no further! Couldn’t have been happier to stumble upon this hotel as we come to Como ever year 12/10 reccomend!!”
